★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the rooms are pretty comfortable, and they even have a mini-fridge, which is excellent! They could be a little cleaner, but are pretty good all things considered, and actually quite large. The WiFi is good. The hotel is large, but low, so many rooms are on the first floor, which is a bit odd, in fact, many rooms have "windows" that look into the hotel's restaurant. Try to get a room that faces outdoors. The location is a ten minute walk from the Karet Kuningan TransJakarta Bus stop and a ten minute walk from Lotte Shopping Avenue. It's through a maze of very narrow streets, which are kind of fun but also slow for full sized cars to navigate (getting a Grab often takes a 10 minute lead time, by which time you can just walk out of the maze!)

2. Ask for spoon 2pcs and told me to go to 3rd floor and amazing there is nobody there ! Then go to the Front desk just call 508 for room service and will deliver to my room. need 30mins arrived after several call just only for the Spoon ! Are you joking me?
I dont think i will coming back again. Good to know this place

Green bamboo residence located on three floors buildong on center jakarta.
The room clean and neat. They also has simple gym for guest to has an exercise.
I come at late night and check out in the early morning. So cannot explore this residence in detail.
Staff are very welcome. I enjoy stay here.

Only complaint is the location, need to go through small roads. And also ants, couldn't put food more than 30 mins.
But overall a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was really great! Just need some improvement on the bathroom where can't even open the door and the heat of the shower sometimes got hot and cold at the same time. Overall, the service and rooms are comfy??

However, the outdoor and bar table had many ants. The indoor area was quite jot too because the AC was not turned on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel location but rooms need a good scrubbing, especially the toilets and shower which showed visible mold. Physical maintenance is also needed. The soap dispenser easily fell off the shower wall and the shade did not elevate. The towels and sheets had holes and instead of being white they were spotted and grey.
On a positive note the staff was very friendly and helpful within the abilities afforded by the hotel itself.
The breakfast was not good. Food variety was limited and the breakfast location was poor (so poor I thought there was no breakfast the first day I tried to find it). It was on the third of 3 floors, past what looks like an old lounge, past 3 closed door banquet rooms, and through a single door at the end of a narrow walkway, next to a set of stairs. And there was no signage directing you to the breakfast area.
