7 days quarantine stay. First time staying at the Kuningan branch. Great/good: 1. Check in was fast and efficient, front desk gave clear explanation on what’s to come 2. Room was spacious and well-maintained, bigger than other comparable hotel rooms in JKT 3. Face to face service was friendly and fast and in general was anticipatory of our needs 4 Extra amenities was provided at the beginning of the quarantine 5. Wifi is strong, good for work Not so good: 1. Pick-up at airport took quite long 2. Internal coordination - they had WA and in room phone call as comms channels but coordination internally was lacking. It was worse because it seems like whenever they ask for feedback - then after that something is missed again (not knocking/ringing on my door so many times at early hour, skipped meals delivery on the last day). Would suggest they invest more on the actual execution and coordination of guest’s request vs the effort they put on feedback collection moving fwd. 3. Food quality - biggest disappointment on my stay. Compared to another hotel that I did previous qurantine in, food was abysmal. The gindara in their meal is not real gindara but escolar/butterfish that contains undigestible wax ester (common issue in ID food scene but expected better from 5* hotel) 4. The room service also had limited assortment, so if you dont like the pre-arranged meal plan and are ok with ordering other things for extra charges, your options are still limited

Bad experience during my stay. Rude customer service during booking, unhelpful manager and staff, manual system which resulted in an issue. They did not strictly enforce their customers with health protocol. As we walked in the lobby and the elevator, we encountered many of those who did not wear mask. Will not be coming back here with such price.

I often stay at this hotel for a weekend getaway. I am amazed at the service of some of their staff. When I had problems and complaints during my stay, Mr. Elvan helped recover my disappointment quickly and provided the excellent service for me. Special thanks for Mr. Elvan and Ms. Silvana for the Outstanding and "Stellar" service. I really appreciate their efforts to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. Really Ritz Carlton Gold Standards. Thankyou to the GRA team (Nadhira, Mega, Mia, Stella, Emil, Tikah, Nabila) for always giving in-room welcome surprise, I really like it. I also enjoy the service at the Club Lounge. Thankyou for Mr. Fadhil, Rizky, Erlando, and Irma for always providing the best service for me. Very comfortable and feels like home. What needs to be improved is the quality of the foods menu at the Club Lounge and also Elite Member Recognition when breakfast time at Asia Resto. Please fix your croissant taste like before. But overall, I recommend this hotel as your choice. Spacious clean comfy room, friendly staff, well maintained facilities, worth the price you pay than other Luxury Hotel in Jakarta.

Stayed at Ritz Mega Kuningan for the 5 days mandatory quarantine. I chose this hotel because I came with a small baby so I need a bigger space, and Ritz offers the biggest room for quarantine hotels in Jakarta (63m2). The hotel staffs were nice and accommodating. Very comfortable and smooth transfer with Silver Bird Alphard from the airport. Check-in procedure was done separately from the main lobby. Room was clean. I felt disappointed after I arrived in my room and noticed that they forgot to set up the baby crib and baby chair that I have requested weeks ago. Also, I initially requested a baby meal but my baby didn’t want to eat so I asked the front desk to stop serving it. However, the next day they still delivered baby meals together with my meals. Maybe there’s a miscommunication with the kitchen. It’s just such a waste… :( Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying here. But honestly, I expected a bit more from a 5 star.

On our recent visit to Jakarta we were lucky enough to spend 3 nights in a Club Room at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel exudes the class you would expect from a luxury brand and the service throughout was beyond excellent. Our visits to the club lounge were made even more enjoyable by the fantastic staff and Errlando in particular was a credit to the hotel, polite friendly and efficient at all times. We couldn't have asked for any more. The current Club Room prices offer outstanding value when you consider what is included and we would definitely recommend this option. Our Club Room on the 25th floor was spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Rooms are a classic design with a large bed, sofa and desk should you need to use one. The bathroom was also spacious and offered a double sink, large walk in shower and a bath with a view. The complimentary toiletries were very nice too. The dressing area provided plenty of space for your clothes and a safe for valuables. The hotel is in a very convenient location just south of the centre in Mega Kuningan with lots of shopping and sites nearby. Common spaces were elegant and spacious and security top notch with the assistance of the lovely dogs which greeted the arrival of every vehicle. All in all we had an excellent stay which will remain in our memories for a long time.

Staffs are helpful and courteous, even as we have a very late check-in. The room are spacious, the bathtub is excellent. The view also quite nice. Didn't get to try the pool, coz we have an event in the afternoon. We've got the ballroom near the VIP main entrance, but that make us go round quite far to get to the toilet.

A fine property. I felt there are tone down in general amenities given (such as 2 bottle of water vs 4 expected from the standard of these luxury) a bit dissapointed that we are mixed in one floor with those doing quarantine (noticed the tables setup in front of the doors). Breakfast is okay. Service is okay. Room is excellent as always. The Ritz Kids is awesome. Pool is great.

Had a pleasant quarantine stay here. Room is spacious and clean. There’s a proper desk and wifi connection was good too, which help to create a conducive environment for work. The hotel offers rental of exercise equipment which was great. Food was decent as well, and they took note of my dietary requirements. Appreciate the attentive service.
