★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response to patient. But the most annoying part is in the administration desk. So many officer on duty but it still takes more than 3-4hours till you get you turn. If you lucky, if you dont lucky you will come back again tomorrow and start over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ve bad experience with this hospital, my mom is being hospitalized here, and the doctors didnt even come on time (dr. Romy & Ade), the nurses didnt know anything, not helpful at all, too late process the patients
