★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and some of my big family members ever received services or treatments here. In my opinion this hospital is the biggest and the most complete private hospital in Cibinong City area. They have many doctors with various speciality and I'm quite sure that for now only this hospital that have a neurosurgeon practicing.
The hospital complex is big. They also have funeral home, crematorium, and columbarium in the same area.
They receive BPJS patients and have cooperation with many insurance companies. Unless you have insurance, they will ask for deposit when you need hospitalization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of pharmacy is very slow even if we use the private payment. I think to prepare for medicine is done by only one person for all the payment (private payment, guarantee payment and bpjs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasent service from one of radiology frontliner. Always give the unfriendly responses. We don't know the step but tell us with good hospitality is more than anything, right? but for my husband surgery (orthopedy) is the best. please upgrade for that and i will appreciate anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ phisically this hospital have nice environment, standard cleanliness and service. I do not use BPJS so i can't explain how the service quality for BPJS holder. As for me BPJS holder also have right to get good service too.

It has a crematory and house of ash service, which is unusual service for Hospital in Jakarta and Bogor Area.
The funeral home also quite big, consist of 4 level of funeral rooms to have requiem mass or for family and friends to pray and to give last salutation for the late one.
