★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queing system is the worst, I dont know if they (nurse) write everything correctly or just try memorize it. It is not one time my turn was skipped. Went there several time for pediatric, obygin all the result is big dissapointment. The doctor also so passive, sometime the print out of the usg is not available.
In conclusion not worth for visit. If possible I would like to give 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services in general, delicious food, symphatic employees, but lacks in some points on making the processes clear for the patients, so it ends up generating some frustrations sometimes. My suggestion is to the RS provide all transparent details about the procedures and how they are executed in advice to manage the patients expectations and make them less worried and less stressed. It could be in virtual or paper form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better if the patients' time is appreciated. I had come twice but the doctor was still having surgery. Why didn't try to inform me in advance so we didn't come back and forth. Even, after two hours, we still had to line up for our turn, might be at 1:00 AM. Ending up, I went home without seeing the doctor.
Is there anything that we can do to make it better?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there at almost midnight to have them change Nasogastric (NGT) tube for my 5mo infant baby, coz after we called all the nearby hospital this hospital happen to have the stock and they claim to not taking covid patients. There’s no other patient when we enter the IGD even until we leave, and We still have to wait for about 40 mins before the doctor came to check on us (done filling the information on the first 10 mins). Those doctors seems to be chatting around, while the nurses were busy doing some paperworks. The tube changing process were smooth (2 doctor & 1 nurse) but the problem was they overcharging us. For that slow process and unclear instruction, I am never going back there. We were charged for 2 times of the changing tube fee, one for the hospital and one for the doctor (which I don’t get at all, really), and along with the IGD fee, registration fee, and cost for the items used, the total is 565rb something. Gosh, we were really disappointed, maybe if they weren’t that slow, that’ll made things better.
