Long procedures, no clear instruction and flow of BPJS.
ADMINISTRATION AND MEDICAL HAVE BIG COMMUNICATION GAP.... NO ATTENTION TO SERVICE. NO SERVICE ORIENTED ADMINISTRATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very good hospital in Depok, very good service, good communication doctors and paramedics, strategic location, and very secure. Clean and hygienic room make this hospital one of the best in Depok. My suggestion, this hospital must prepare for mamo oncology specialist....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted to the hospital for COVID a year ago. Great hospital, good doctors, nurses, and staff. They made me feel at ease even though it was a scary time for me. I just wanted to say thank you for your service. Keep up the good work. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is very complete, the doctors nurses and crews are nice and professional.
The price are higher but you get better treatment.
There are restaurant/cafe and convenient store inside hospital. Waiting room are large.
Parking space are large, if you need shade you can park on basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this hospital is the obgyn and pediatric (Inc. Doctor and their staff). Everything else are not meet my expectations, especially flow and internal communication.
Not recommended, bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad for emergency service. Especially for BPJS. it doesn't matter if the hospital is looking for profit, it's natural. but not in balance with humanity in the case of an emergency in particular, in my opinion, is not reasonable.
My parents came to the emergency room twice, they were only given a sedative and then asked "how is the condition now?" anyone will say "it's good". Alhamdulillah, a few days later I moved to the hospital next door to the emergency service, it was handled very, very well even though I used BPJS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REALLY BAD SERVICE EVER!!! The customer services were SO BAD to treat us at Poli Anggrek. We got here today 16 Oct in the morning around 10 am. They have NO ATTITUDE and the one who wear Orange Uniform that helped the room 133, she asked us about the name of medicines that my mom used, but she got MAD and Snapped when we said we didnt remember it because we NEVER GOT medicine from Mitra, we just need Recomendation Letter. They also talked to other elder were NOT POLITE. Even we only used BPJS but HOW DARE YOU? My mom got scare and asked me to NEVER BRING HER TO MITRA EVER! I just heard the one with Pink Uniform named Nita. RS Mitra Keluarga Depok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The registration process took reasonable amount of time, the staff is kind (not like those people who simply doing their job). The doctor and nurses in the emergency care also very responsive although i felt abandoned for a few minutes but once you talked with them they will respond accordingly. So far, best hospital care in depok area
