★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it has been months i'm getting treatment from Bunda Margonda Hospital. even though i use BPJS the doctors and nurses always treat and guide me well, they're so helpful, willingly to help this clueless and confused patient. special thanks to Dr. Alfarisyi, Dr. Mirsyam, Suster Dina and that one nurse who assists Dr. Mirsyam (i can't remember her name, but she wears glasses and is quite tall), they helped me A LOT to get through TBC. i don't really mind about the registration that took so long, overall Bunda Margonda Hospital is kinda safe place for first timer like me. thank you, Bunda Margonda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting a dental surgeon at RSU Bunda Margonda today. I was very satisfied with the services there. The doctor was nice, a professional expert so she can make my tooth extraction without feeling any pain, the nurse also a good one. I was shocked, that the process also very quick. 4 thumbs up for drg Vera Julia SpBM & the team. Really recommended doctor to visit for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad expérience. I have a newborn with me, already booked through phone and got schedule but upon arrival they told us they need our newborn to do PCR. A genious act, since they not told us beforehand while we booked by phone. Such a pity some, if not many, "healthcare" facilities only "care" about money (or medical business as they may call it) instead of humanity.

The BIC clinic offers services for child growth and developmental problems, with facilities for physiotherapy, speech therapy, laser therapy and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for an Antigen swab test and accompanying my two children to take a panoramic radiograph of their teeth and consult an ENT Specialist. Just like in other hospitals, we were asked to undergo a screening process related to COVID-19 before entering the hospital. The Antigen Swab Test did not queue and the written results came out in less than 30 minutes. The quality of service by nurses and cashiers was just standard. The cost of ENT specialists was quite expensive just to clean the ears.
