We were one of the witness that used the facilities. Clean environment, supportive yet friendly staffs that are willingly helping you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26 Feb 2022, the BPJS team in first floor - registration is impolite, her name is Dimas (seems like male name), she should explain it in better way and control her intonation.
Hospital need to retraining their team on how to serve customers regardless which kind of payment they use. Please give some warning to those who cannot maintain good services.
Type B hospital with good certification should not have this kind of people work here..
However the BPJS team on 2nd floor is really helpful and explain the process in better way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst private hospital that i ever visited. Especially for emergency services. We came to private hospital with self payment but the service too bad
1. IGD service is too late
2. No doctor controlling in IGD
3. Not good service of nursing
4. Payment fist before handling the patient it WORSE ever!!! Cause safe it first than payment we can pay!!!
5. For testing sarCoV it get positive, when i check PCR in bumame the result is negative. How manipulation it is!!! and then the worst thing again we can't know the result paper!!! and it IS NOT GIVEN!!!
6. The bathroom is so dirty many things broken
Be careful with this hospital. I hope the management will read this post. Thnks
