★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalaman yang buruk, mau bayar pake gopay katanya “extra charge” 10.000 ,padahal gak lewat tol,atau gerbang parkir, marah marah lagi,ya sudah saya bayar ,kok bluebird jadi begini,lebih selektif terima supir, nila setitik merusak susu sebelanga,kalo memang gk terima gopay ya jujur saja
bad experience, want to pay using gopay it says "extra charge" 10,000, even though it doesn't go through tolls, or parking gates, angry again, yes I have paid, why is bluebird like this, more selective about accepting drivers, a speck of tilapia spoils a bottle of milk, if I really don't accept Gopay, to be honest

Use Grab! There are people from Grab - they can call you a Grab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a quite long trip from the airport to Cikarang (President University) and was literally disappointed by the Bluebird taxi service. The driver (Nurdin) tried to be very chatty along the trip, quoting religious statement during talk so I was persuaded. Yes, trip was long and traffic was really bad. However, it looked like the driver tried to trick me. First, not only he was unfamiliar with the location, but also spent 5 times asking whoever on the street about the destination. He was previously used GPS but then shut it down. It should be easier using GPS on phone to track the location. Unfortunately my phone was dead so I was not able to do it. When I asked why he didn't use the GPS he said that the signal was bad and that some secret service has sabotaged the reception signal in Cikarang (which sounds like a BS). Finally we did arrived at the location after tons of turns here and there and I ended up spending IDR QUITE A LOT for the trip. Next time I will use grab and just want to say bye bye to Blue Bird unless the driver could show me that he's familiar wth the location and is willing to use GPS. Do yourself a favor and do some research prior. Don be fooled by a seemingly friendly driver!!!
