★ ★ ★ ★ ★ --->NEW NORMAL (30 januari 2021). Melayani SENIN-JUMAT, sabtu&minggu libur. Pelayanan hingga 150 formulir per hari. Formulir bisa diambil mulai pukul 08.30 WIB. ANAK before new normal--->> Hari sabtu layanan dibuka hingga pukul 11.05 wib (tidak ada pembatasan maksimal kuota jumlah pembayar). Sebaiknya siapkan ballpen secara mandiri (disediakan terbatas), dan tentu saja uang cash (tersedia 2× mesin atm bank dki). Proses dari pengisian lembar pendaftaran hingga terbit lembar bukti bayar pajak 20 menit (3 antrian)
(update per jumat, 24 jan 2020) saya membutuhkan 18 menit dari mengambil formulir, mengisi, menyerahkan berkas, membayar. Juga telah tersedia jasa fotocopy.

We recommend that you prepare ballpen independently (provided limited), and of course cash (available 2 × bank atm machines dki). The process from filling in the registration sheet to issuing a tax proof sheet in 20 minutes (3 queues)
(update per Friday, 24 January 2020) I need 18 minutes from taking forms, filling in, submitting files, paying. Photocopying services are also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekilas info saja. 2019 saya pernah urus perpanjangan kendaraan motor tahunan disini.
Sehari sebelumnya saya sudah melakukan perpanjangan STNK tahunan melalui aplikasi Samsat online nasional. Bisa di download di app/play store.
Hari selanjutnyaa saya datang membawa perlengkapan seperti biasa (Fotokopi dan asli BPKB, STNK dan KTP, serta bukti pembayaran diaplikasi), lapor ke bapak bapak yang didepan (yang dipanggil babeh) dan langsung jadi. Engga sampai 5 menit saya disana. Bener bener sepraktis itu.
Untuk 2020, aplikasi samsat nasional tenggelam error sampai gak ditemukan di play/appstore. Jadi saya secara langsung ke Samsat Polda Metro Jaya. Untuk reviewnya ada di Foto. Lebih baik jauh sedikit tapi Pasti :)
2021 aplikasi Samsat online nasional udah ada lagi diplay store. Soon, akan saya kabarkan reviewnya lagi

The day before, I had extended my annual STNK through the national online Samsat application. Can be downloaded in the app/play store.
The next day I came with the usual equipment (Photocopy and original BPKB, STNK and KTP, as well as proof of payment was applied), reported it to the fathers in front (called babeh) and immediately finished. Not until 5 minutes I was there. It's really that practical.
For 2020, the National Samsat application sank until it was not found in the Play/Appstore. So I went directly to the Samsat Polda Metro Jaya. For the review, see Photos. Much better a little bit but Definitely :)
2021 the national online Samsat application is back on the play store. Soon, I'll let you know the review again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya SDH datang 2 kali jam 7 g dpt formulir.besoknya dtg LBH pagi jam 5.30 blm buka.krn formulir dijatah cuma 75..pdhal yg antri bnyk.pelayanannya kurang memuaskan g ad no antrian lagi.tlg diperbaiki
I SDH came 2 times at 7 pm I didn't get the form. The next day LBH arrived at 5.30 am not yet open. Because the form was allotted for only 75... even though there were a lot of queues. The service was not satisfactory. No more queues. Please fix

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong pecat aja pak tua pake kacamata yang jaga di dalam itu, saya datang bayar pajak dan katanya sudah penuh, tapi stnk saya diambil dan disteples, pas saya mau balik disuruh bayar infaq, katanya "tanpa paksaan" tapi stnk sy diurus kalau sy bayar infaq..
Untung ada mas petugas satunya lagi, pas diurus sama mas yg satunya, bapak tua itu salah tingkah
Saat diurus sama petugas selain pak tua, sy cuma duduk 3 mnt langsung slesai
Pelayanan pak tua yg jelek, sadar lah kau.. Duniamu hanya sementara sebntar lagi kau mati
