Make sure bring your own copy ID and Driving license (3ea).
If not, pay 5000 for 3 copy.
Cost 150K for new license.
The new license valid for 5 years from your renewal date. Not from your birthday (previous license).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited this place for 4 occasions so far and on 3 of those the SIM service was down without no clear explanation when it would up again and no phone number could be called to get the information whether the service had been up or not.
The stnk service was a lil bit better, only the owner of the passenger car/motorbike, which has his name on ktp stnk bpkb is eligible to be served. No representation allowed. Many applicants were rejected which made the queue line way much shorter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fast service despite the lines. I came at 8 am in the morning. Find gate 6, go to the basement and the location is right in front of you once you get to the basement. You just need to bring your driver license and KTP. They provide a photocopy service inside, bring change as this will cost you 5000. Fill in the form they give you. Wait for the call for eye test, you just have to read three blurred numbers on the desk, it's easy. Then wait again to be called for the photo session and right after they will print your new driver license. The whole process is easy and painless. Will cost you 150,000. Great job Samsat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's located at shopping mall basement, it's quite convenient in terms of parking lot. However, they have no phone line to confirm either they have connections problem, or closed, or something else that make them not operated by the day. The operational hours are also limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ app "layanan passpor online" only in android. ppl said can only register friday 2 pm for online or else it keep failing. or come early 5 am , 25 slot for puri, 50 slot for kota.
at puri mall, there are 2 doors that looks similar, 500 metres away. one for sim/stnk, one for passport. dont be mistaken.
