Pengurusan mutasi dipersulit, mungkin supaya kita menggunakan calo, pelayanan nya sangat buruk sekalai kayak preman semua, berkas kita di cari kesalahannya satu persatu, shngga sya jdi 7kali bolak balik,
Parkir nya super mahal, padahal ini tempat pelayanan masyarakat. Parkir 3 jam 10rb,
Jujur saya sudah ga respect ke semua polisi sekarang..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan urus pajak motor,parkir cuma 27 menit bayar 4 rb..ini sih parah, dan pas sampai rmh ternyata di struk parkirnya ga ada nominalnya luar biasah

Parkir bayar = berasa lagi jalan2 k mall
Kantor samsat untuk ngurus pembayaran ganti alamat di stnk dan bpkb = jam 1 tutup ( sisa 2 jam kerja ngapain ya ? Makan gaji .... ? )
Sabtu minggu = kantor ngurus pajak 5 tahunan tutup ( dikira yg punya kendaraan senin mpe jumat kagal kerja pa ya )
Untung bgt untung ... istri gw, gw suruh cabut dari alamat DKI ..... birokrasi berbelit2
Oya 1 lg ... sekelas samsat polda metro ..ternyata masih da jg ca ......... :v ........... lo

Kemarin saya kemari urus bpkb petugas didalam memberi keterangan dengan sedikit emosi kasihan yang yang awam. Masih ada pembayaran yang tidak pakai struk sebagai bukti pembayaran yang syah. Semoga pak kapolri dan presiden jokowi yang bijak dan terhormat membaca ini agar dipermudah birokrasinya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget bayar pajak disini. Niat mau bayar pajak biar lunas untuk sampai tahun 2022. Malah katanya cuma bisa bayar 1 tahun aja. Disuruh balik lagi besok. Dengan alasan sistem yg udah terlanjur kecetak stnk nya. Padahal pas pendaftaran ga ditanya apa2. Bilangnya salah sendiri kenapa ga bilang mau bayar 2 tahun sekalian. Halo bapak polisi yg terhormat. Dimana2 itu, kalo ada yg telat pajak, ya langsung ditagih untuk telatnya donk. Di Tangsel aja, klo telat bayar, bisanya langsung bayar sampe lunas. Ini malah orang mau lunasin pajak malah ga boleh, dengan alasan sistem. Besok baru bisa bayar lagi yg 1 tahunnya. Kita sekarang sudah hidup d era 4.p yg apa2 era digitalisasi. Ini malah harus balik lagi keesokan harinya, dg alasan yg penting udah beda tanggal, karena sistemnya memang sudab begitu. Warga mau bayar pajak, mau memenuhi kewajibannya, malah dihalang2i. Bagaimana keuangan negara mau cepat bangkit. Kita kan jadi kapok mau bayar pajak lagi. Waktu itu penting. Apa iya harus 2 hari baru bisa lunas?
