Penempatan gerai samsat (hanya bisa perpanjangan pajak tahunan saja pada tahun 2019) yg sangat membantu warga Jaksel, khususnya yg berada di ujung selatan Jakarta (Ciganjur, Cipedak, Jagakarsa, Tanjung Barat, dll).
Bagusnya diperbanyak lagi gerai samsat (dan sim juga) di kantor2 kecamatan seperti ini untuk memudahkan masyarakat melakukan kewajibannya, akan sangat mudah dijangkau jika ada gerai per kecamatan.
Fotokopi dokumen ada di sebelah kanan kantor kecamatan (setelah jembatan). Proses cepat, tinggal ambil formulir di depan, lalu isi dan berikan di loket dalam untuk masuk antrian bayar.
Ruang tunggu memang hanya di teras kantor kecamatan saja tanpa ac seperti di gerai mall, namun tidak lama menunggunya.

The placement of samsat outlets (only an annual tax extension in 2019) is very helpful for South Jakarta residents, especially those at the southern tip of Jakarta (Ciganjur, Cipedak, Jagakarsa, Tanjung Barat, etc.).
The good thing is that there are more Samsat outlets (and sims as well) in sub-district offices like this to make it easier for the community to carry out their obligations, it will be very easy to reach if there are outlets per sub-district.
A photocopy of the document is to the right of the sub-district office (after the bridge). The process is fast, just take the form in front, then fill it out and give it at the counter to enter the pay queue.
The waiting room is indeed only on the terrace of the sub-district office without air conditioning like in a mall outlet, but the wait is not long.
