I left 2 connection speed test pics here just in case u need proves that it also not recommended playing online games without using mini router connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is the place for motor vehicle tax payment. Also for registering motor vehicle. Open from monday to saturday. In saturday this office open until 12 at noon with very long queue. Be careful with the administration requirement, dont miss any documents

Now you don't have to write manually on a physical form, the queues are also done in an orderly fashion because now we got our ticket number so that can minimize people who jump in line.
