Dokter perawatnya ramah ramah, gedungnya besar, blom ramai, petunjuk ke lab, farmasi dll kurasa kurang gede soalnya ga kelihatan cari ingak inguk,, mau tanya ga ada orang sepi ,igd bersih ,,luaaass
The nurse doctor is friendly, the building is big, it hasn't been crowded, the directions to the lab, pharmacy etc. I don't think it's big enough because it doesn't look like you want to ,,, don't want to ask no lonely person, igd is clean ,, luaaass

Layanan buruk untuk sekelas RSUD, khususnya ruang bayi ( perina ), rawat inap ruang bayi hanya boleh ibu bayi yg mendampingi . Perawat kalau dini hari tidur , bayi nangis tidak ada perawat yg datang mengecek ,dirumah sakit berasa numpang tidur tidak ada perawatan berkala yg memantau padahal anak bayi baru lahir. Petugas kebersihan kamar ( pel / sapu ) tidak ramah (masuk ke kamar ruang tanpa permisi / basa basi ) , perawat tidak informatif ke keluarga , bener bener bad service untuk pengalaman di rsud ini. Mentang mentang pns kerja seenaknya sendiri, Semoga segera berbenah
Bad service for the class of a hospital, especially the nursery (perina), inpatient care for the baby room can only be accompanied by the baby's mother. The nurse sleeps in the morning, the baby cries, there is no nurse who comes to check, in the hospital it feels like sleeping, there is no regular care to monitor even though the baby is just born. Room cleaners (mops / brooms) are not friendly (enters the room without permission / small talk), nurses are not informative to families, really bad service for the experience at this hospital. As soon as civil servants work on their own, Hopefully it will be cleaned up soon

Menunggu hampir 1 jam untuk pendaftaran dan cetak kartu tentu bukan hal yang umum dijumpai di pelayanan kesehatan. Ini bukan karena antrean yang banyak melainkan karena kapasitas (kuantitas dan kecepatan pelayanan) petugas tidak sepadan dengan jumlah pasien. Ruang tunggu di depan poliklinik yang tidak memadai mengakibatkan situasi RS terkesan semrawut, penuh, tidak tertib dan tentunya sangat tidak nyaman. Terlebih lagi dengan sirkulasi keluar-masuk, sangat jelas ketidaknyamanannya. Kondisi toilet pun masih membutuhkan banyak perbaikan.
Waiting almost 1 hour for registration and card printing is certainly not a common thing in health services. This is not because of the large queues but because the capacity (quantity and speed of service) of the staff is not commensurate with the number of patients. The waiting room in front of the polyclinic is inadequate, resulting in the hospital situation being chaotic, full, disorganized and of course very uncomfortable. Moreover, with the circulation in and out, the discomfort is obvious. The condition of the toilet still needs a lot of improvement.

Bagi yang sudah memiliki nomor RM bisa melakukan reservasi secara online. Ruangan didesain agar pengunjung nyaman. Beberapa kali berkunjung di rumah sakit ini mungkin ada beberapa bagian yang perlu ditingkatkan salah satunya sistem antrian. Beberapa kali kunjungan untuk berobat selalu mendapati antrian yang sangat menumpuk sehingga banyak pasien yang akan berobat terlihat berjubel (meskipun kondisi masih covid) bahkan banyak pasien yang sampai antri berdiri. Poli mulai lebih lambat dari jadwal bahkan ada yang hampir dua jam lebih dan tidak diketahui apa alasannya. Mungkin lebih baik jika penanganan bisa dilakukan sesuai jadwal sehingga kesempatan pasien tertangani lebih banyak. Jika memang karena alasan masih covid sehingga penanganan pasien dibatasi setidaknya pelayanan tetap dilakukan tepat waktu atau dilakukan penyesesuaian jadwal, seumpama masih tidak bisa tepat waktu minimal menyampaikan alasan keterlambatan dan permintaan maaf sebagai wujud profesionalitas sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam penanganan pasien setidaknya beri ruang lebih untuk berdiskusi, meskipun lokasi di daerah keterbukaan informasi kadang membuat pasien ingin berdiskusi lebih banyak tentang keluhan penyakitnya. Pelayanan bagian farmasi juga terlihat kewalahan, sehingga untuk memperoleh obat hampir dibutuhkan waktu sampai dua jam lebih. Semoga dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi. Serta ada satu hal lagi yang membuat saya penasaran yaitu pemasangan jalur evaluasi mengapa diletakkan di bagian bawah yang sulit untuk dilihat, padahal ini penting untuk antisipasi apabila timbul bahaya yang tidak diinginkan.

In handling patients, at least give more space for discussion, although the location in the information disclosure area sometimes makes patients want to discuss more about their illness complaints. The pharmacy service also seemed overwhelmed, so it took almost two hours to get the medicine. Hopefully it can be used as an evaluation material. And there is one more thing that makes me curious, namely the installation of the evaluation path, why is it placed at the bottom which is difficult to see, even though this is important to anticipate if unwanted hazards arise.
