★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama ini saya antar ibu saya di RS Triharsi lancar lancar aja ,ruangan beraih sampai ke toilet bersih,parkir motor cukup , Untuk mobil kurang luas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ harusnya loket antrian dibedain, mana yang daftar online mana yang offline. kalo dicampur gini, yang dilayani yg online dulu sedangkan yg offline nomor antriannya ga dipanggil-panggil. dari 4 loket yang ada, cuma 2 yang buka.
aduh tolong dong farmasi dikasih bell, petugas jaga tdk standby, harus ketok2 baru keluar
pelayanan jauh menurun dibanding pas masih jadi rs ibu anak aja. gasiap jadi rs umum apa gimana?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kesini untuk mengambil obat, dilantai 2.. Pengambilan obat sangat lama tidam seperti rs lain. Saya masukin jam 7 malam, sampai jam 10 malam belun dipanggil akhirnya saya tinggal dan dikabari oleh petugasnya besok pagi bisa diambil. Selain itu yang sangat disayangkan adalah, antrian tempat duduk tidak ada jaga jarak sama sekali, untel2an. Tanda silang pada kursi seperti tidak berfungsi. Antrian di tempat pengumpulan berkas juga menumpuk. Menurut saya ini mengerikan, mengingat ini adalah rumah sakit bukan tempat umum seperti mall atau hiburan. Pihak security atau petugas rs juga tidak ada yang mengingatkan pentingnya jaga jarak, seolah-olah hanya membiarkan saja antrian bejubel, duduk berdempetan. Pemandangan aslinya jauh lebih parah seperti yang ada di foto. Semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi. Terimakasih.
I'm here to take medicine, on the 2nd floor. Taking medicine doesn't take a long time like other hospitals. I entered at 7 pm, until 10 pm I had not been called, I finally stayed and was informed by the officer that tomorrow morning it could be picked up. Apart from that, what is very unfortunate is that there is no queue for seating at all, keep an eye on it. The cross on the chair doesn't seem to work. Queues at the file collection point also pile up. I think this is terrible, considering this is a hospital not a public place like a mall or entertainment. Neither the security nor the hospital staff reminded the importance of keeping a distance, as if they just let the queues be crowded, sitting next to each other. The real scene is much worse than the one in the photo. Hopefully it can be fixed again. Thanks.
