★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kepala IGD yg nya kurang baik sma pasien. Untuk klaim BPJS pun ga di kasih tau dulu. Maen masuk masukin kamar aja. Stelah 3 hari pulang
Baru di suruh bayar cash. Aneh nih rumash sakit..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter Nas ramah, suster2nya pun ramah2 n sabar menghadapi saya yg super bawel setelah pasca cesar.
Terima kasih Dr.Nas n Dr.anak para suster kalian sudah menyelamatkan anak dalam kandungan saya saat itu.
Walau bpjs masha alloh pelayanan tdk mengurangi keramah tamahan pelayanannya.
Doctor Nas was friendly, his nurses were friendly and patient with me who was super fussy after the cesarean.
Thank you Dr. Nas n Dr. children of your sisters for saving the child in my womb at that time.
Even though BPJS Masha Allah, the service does not reduce the hospitality of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meskipun RS ini masih terhitung baru. Tapi pelayanan baik dari segi security, perawat sampai dokternya sangat baik dan ramah. Membuat kami sebagai pasien sangat terbantu.
Although this hospital is still relatively new. But the service is good in terms of security, nurses to doctors are very good and friendly. It helps us a lot as patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik saat saya di igd di layani dengan ramah dan cepat, rumas sakit bersih, kamar mandi juga nyaman, rawat inap bpjs kls 1 sedang penuh, tapi petugas menjelaskan dan menawarkan dengan baik kondisi nya, walaupun saya di titip di kelas 2, tapi saya puas, dan nyaman
Good service when I was in the emergency room was served friendly and fast, the hospital room was clean, the bathroom was also comfortable, the bpjs class 1 inpatient was full, but the clerk explained and offered well the conditions, even though I was entrusted in class 2, but I satisfied, and comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah 2th baru kali ini sy ke RS ini lg itupun jg karena anak panas tinggi dan Rs terdekat dr rumah
Lg gk kondusif si karena ada pembangunan awal masuknya jg bingung karena sebelumnya di gedung depan
Security nya asik main hp duduk2 santai org nanya aja msh main hp
Rs nya bersih cm kayaknya sprei di ruang kebidanan lab dan klinik anak jarang diganti soalnya q liat debuan gt
Tempat pendaftaran kasir sm pengecekan terlalu rame jd keliatan kurang rapih
Staff adm ramah2 susternya jg ramah cm ada 1 suster yg menurut q bad attitude,Sy kestu berobat pake umum dan pz sm dokternya disuruh antigen dan cek darah
Iseng aja nanya dicover bpjs apa gk susternya bilang karena pake umum jd gk bs soalnya gk ada surat rujukan,ok fine
Tp pz kita lg jalan arah lab susternya ngasih kode ke bag.kasir yg klo kita udh bayar apa blm,seolah2 qt gk mampu bayar gt
Sedih sii rasanya
Overall mungkin ini RS bakal bagus kedepannya mudah2n jg pegawainya lbh baik lg dan sorry to say lbh tulus lg jgn sibuk main hp sndri soalnya sy sering kRS kota jarang ada suster atau staff mainan hp.
Sedih jg si karena dokter kris udh gk ada dstu lagi
After 2 years, this is the first time I've been to this hospital again and even then because the child has a high fever and the closest Rs from home
It's not conducive because there was an initial construction, the entry is also confused because it was in the front building
Security is cool playing cellphones, sitting around relaxing, people just asking, still playing cellphones
The Rs is clean, cm it seems that the sheets in the obstetrics room, labs and pediatric clinics are rarely changed, because I see dust
The cashier registration place and checking are too crowded so it doesn't look neat
The admin staff are friendly and the nurses are also friendly. cm there is 1 nurse who according to me has a bad attitude, I'm confused about taking general treatment and pz the doctor was told to do an antigen and check blood
Just for fun, asking if it's covered by bpjs or not, the nurse said it's because it's public so it doesn't work because there's no reference letter, ok fine
But if we are still walking towards the lab, the nurse will give the code to the cashier who hasn't paid if we have paid, it's as if we can't afford it
It's sad
Overall, maybe this hospital will be good in the future, hopefully the staff will be better and I'm sorry to say it's more sincere, don't be busy playing with your cellphone, because I often go to hospital in the city, there are rarely nurses or staff playing cellphones.
It's sad because doctor Kris isn't there anymore
