Kalo pelayan nya mah oke

Lalu dr Irsyad pengganti dr Joko saya tidak diperiksa.
Hati hati anda akan hancur kalau pelayanan buruk seperti ini terus menerus kaya klinik Karuna Medika???
The service staff is not friendly, there is no smile at all.
Then Dr. Irsyad, Dr. Joko's replacement, was not examined.
Your heart will be broken if bad service like this continues like Karuna Medika clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter bagus, ramah dan memberikan penjelasan secara detail. Cumaaaa bagian pelayanannya ga profesional. Yg datang duluan dipanggil belakangan. Padahal masuknya duluan saya, tapi yg dipanggil yg daftar belakangan. Aneh saya maaaahhhh. Maaf cuma bisa ngasih bintang 1. Padahal awal² milih klinik ini karena pelayanannya bagus
Doctors are good, friendly and provide detailed explanations. It's just that the service part is not professional. Those who come first are called later. Even though I was the first to enter, it was the one who was called who registered later. I'm sooo weird. Sorry I can only give 1 star. Even though at first I chose this clinic because the service was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat disini, bawa anak sakit. Pelayanan di front officenya ramah, walau harus menunggu agak lama utk antrian dokternya, tp g masalah, karena pasiennya sedang banyak. Disediakan dispenser untuk minum, ada toilet, dan overall tempatnya bersih dan nyaman.
Dokternya juga ramah, anak saya diperiksa fisiknya. Juga dijelaskan obat yang diresepkan apa aja. Dan saran untuk makanan yg harus dihindari.
Secara keseluruhan pelayanan memuaskan. Semoga terus dipertahankan pelayanan yg seperti ini ?
First time seeking treatment here, bring a sick child. The service at the front office is friendly, even though it has to wait a long time for the doctor to queue, but it's a problem, because there are a lot of patients. Drinking dispensers are provided, there are toilets, and overall the place is clean and comfortable.
The doctor was also friendly, my son was physically examined. It also explained the prescription drugs. And suggestions for foods to avoid.
Overall the service is satisfying. Hopefully this service will continue to be maintained ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kalinya sy ke klinik graha mitra, alhamdulillah pelayanannya sangat memuaskan sy dan keluarga pakai BPJS, untuk berobat anak sy di beritahu step by step penanganan luka di kaki anak sy dan kontrol lagi di hari senin tgl 30 november 2021 dari ruang pendaftaran dokter dan pemberian resep semua ramah, untuk menunggu itu wajar karena yg sakit bukan hanya 1 org (budayakan antri)?, kita baik mereka pun baik,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit di klinik ini, tempat sudah cukup lama kelihatan nya, dokter cost rp.50rb excld obat. Bisa suntik kalo pas sakit maag.. cukup ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ngasih bintang 1 krn nunggu obat nya lama bgt bisa satu jam,dan yg bayar di dahulukan pdhal saya duluan yg dtng (pake bpjs). semoga pelayanannya lebih di tingkatkan lagi
I'm giving 1 star because the wait for the medicine is really long, it can be an hour, and the one who pays comes first even though I came first (using BPJS). I hope the service can be improved more
