★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak profesional untuk poli obgyn nya, saat kontrol istri saya ke skip 3 kali dengan pasien yang baru datang.
Harus nya sistem antrian by sistem, jgn manual karna kelas nya sudah rumah sakit. Bahkan klinik kecil saja sudah lebih baik untuk menangani antrian
 Very unprofessional for the obgyn poly, when my wife's control skipped 3 times with new patients.
The queue system should be system by system, not manual because the class is already a hospital. Even small clinics are better at handling queues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru aja abis lahiran disini paket sesar kelas 3 tanggal 13 agustus 2021 kemarin , cuma mau kasih review meskipun gak terima bpjs disini tapi kalau untuk pelayanan lumayan ok untuk kelas 3 nya, cuma baru tau kalau disini bayi nya tidur di satukan sama ibunya pasca lahiran jadi si bayi gak di pisah di kamar khusus bayi jadi agak lumayan repot buat saya yg lahiran sesar ketika bayi nangis di malam hari dan jahitan masih nyeri buat gerak2. Saran aja kalau bisa disiapkan kamar bayi buat ibu pasca melahirkan jadi dipisah sama bayinya pas tidur kalau sudah pagi baru kasih ibunya untuk di susui. Terima kasih untuk pelayanan nya yg cukup memuaskan
I just gave birth here, the class 3 cesarean package on August 13, 2021 yesterday, just wanted to give a review even though I don't accept BPJS here but for service it's pretty good for class 3, I just found out that here the baby sleeps together with his mother after the birth so The baby was not separated in a special baby room so it was quite a hassle for me, who had a cesarean delivery when the baby cried at night and the stitches still hurt to move. Just a suggestion, if you can prepare a nursery for mothers after giving birth, so they are separated from the baby when they sleep when it's morning, then give the mother to breastfeed. Thank you for the satisfactory service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lama, nunggu obat jadi aja difarmasinya sampe 3 jam, tau bpjs tapi ga gitu juga kali ??
The service is long, waiting for the medicine, so it's only up to 3 hours to pharmacy it, you know about BPJS but that's not the case this time kali

The nurse is not very friendly, from the way she talks, she doesn't like it. Try to help people like this, it's better to just end the contract. Makes the patient uncomfortable
