Sudah mengantri dari pagi,sudah di cek sama dokter, tunggu penanganan ternyata gak bisa tercover BPJS,kecewa sudah menunggu dari awal padahal klo info dari awal kan enak Tidak profesional,klo emang gak tercover BPJS kenapa dari klinik rujukan nya ke RS ini,sudah dicek dokter ambil obat bius mana dokternya telat gak sesuai jadwal giliran suruh biaya sendiri minta tolong di cek berapa biaya nya,nunggu stgh jam belum juga dikasih tahu

Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan dokter Jaga Malam Di IGD R.S Keluarga Kita Curug, Tangerang. Pada Hari Selasa Malam tanggal 29 Maret 2022 Anak saya yang kedua harus dilarikan di IGD RS Keluarga kita Curug, Tangerang. Karena panas tinggi. Oleh kelinik dekat rumah disarankan untuk dibawa Ke IGD dan saya putuskan untuk dibawa ke RS keluarga kita karena jarak lokasinya yang terdekat dari rumah. Sanggat disayangkan pelayanan dokter jaga malam itu, tidak layaknya seorang dokter yang melayani pasien dalam kondisi darurat apa lagi pasien yang dirawat anak dalam kondisi tidak sadar. Yang namanya IGD yang saya tau dalam kondisi darurat dokter jaga kerja ekstra memberikan pertolongan pertama dan yang terbaik dan bisa meredam kepanikan keluarga. nyatanya anak saya masuk ke IGD hanya tergeletak di tempat tidur IGD tanpa ada Tindakan cepat atau gawat darurat yang diberikan Dokter. Untung mas Perawat malam itu baik dan sangat sedikit meredakan kepanikan saya dan istri dan berusaha menenangkan kita. mungkin yang dilakukan dokter sudah benar dan sesuai standar dari RS Keluarga Kita dan cara yang dilakukan memang seprti itu. tapi yang saya kecewa adalah cara kumunikasi dokter agak tengil dan nada tingi yang seolah olah tidak ada dokter di IGD itu. Selain pelayanan IGD yang sangat melelahkan dan tidak instan masuk dipendaftaran yang sangat menguras waktu. padahal kita pasien mandiri dan tidak ada anti dan dilakukan malam hari. Bayangkan kalau kita kesana tidak didampingi kerabat minimal 1 orang. kasihan pasien. apalagi kalau berangkat sendiri Saya sampai bilang kita masuk rumah sakit kok kayak mau kredit KPR yang ditandatangani sagat banyak. barulah pelayana IGD jalan semua mulai tes sampel darah, tes antigen, pemasangan inpus dan beberapa resep obat dan akiriya dari jam 11 malam sampai jam 04 pagi barulah masuk di kamar rawat inap. Perlakuan kurang enak itu sudah saya rasakan dua kali yang pertaman saat pagi hari dokter jaga memberikan informasi ibu mertua saya yang sedang dirawat dan meningal di rumah sakit. kata-kata dokter muda itu juga kurang membuat rasanyaman keluarga yang ditingalkan. 1.Pelayanam doketer IGD sangat mengecewakan 2.Pelayanan pendaftarann tidak bisa instan dan sangat menguras waktu kayak pengajuan kredit KPR. padahal pasien dalam kondisi darurat dan biaya mandiri. 3.Dokter kunjungan kurang memuaskan dan tidak ada penjelasan yang jelas 4.Yang terbaik dan pelayanan bagus adalah pak satpam dan beberapa suster yg saat itu bertugas merawat anaksaya. sebagai masukan berobat dimanasaja itu sama saja,yang membedakan hanya pelayanan. jika kita layani dengan sepenuh hati yang pasti akan dapat apresiasi dan selain itu akan dapat pahala yang melimpah dari yang kuasa. amin Terimakasih

On Tuesday night, March 29, 2022, my second child had to be rushed to the emergency room at our Family Hospital, Curug, Tangerang. Due to high heat. The clinic near the house was advised to take him to the ER and I decided to take him to our family hospital because it was the closest location to the house. It is very unfortunate that the service of the doctor on duty that night, was not like a doctor who served a patient in an emergency situation, let alone a patient who was treated by a child who was unconscious. The name of the emergency room, which I know in an emergency, is that the doctor on duty does extra work to provide first aid and the best and can reduce the panic in the family. in fact, my child entered the ER just lying on the ER bed without any prompt or emergency action given by the doctor. Fortunately, the night nurse was kind and very slightly eased my wife and I's panic and tried to calm us down. maybe what the doctor did was correct and according to the standards of our Family Hospital and the way it was done was like that. but what I am disappointed about is the way the doctor communicates is a bit stiff and has a high tone as if there is no doctor in the ER. In addition to the emergency room service which is very tiring and does not instantly enter the register, it is very time consuming. even though we are independent patients and there is no anti and it is done at night. Imagine if we go there without being accompanied by at least 1 relative. sorry patient. especially if you go alone I even said that we went to the hospital like we wanted a lot of signed mortgage loans. Then the emergency room services started, starting with blood sample testing, antigen testing, insertion of intravenous injections and some prescription drugs and akiriya from 11 pm to 04 am then entering the inpatient room. I have experienced this unpleasant treatment twice, the first time in the morning the doctor on duty gave information about my mother-in-law who was being treated and died in the hospital. the young doctor's words also did not make the family feel comfortable. 1. Emergency room doctor service is very disappointing 2. Registration services cannot be instant and very time-consuming like applying for a mortgage loan. even though the patient is in an emergency condition and costs independently. 3. Doctor visits are not satisfactory and there is no clear explanation 4. The best and the best service was the security guard and several nurses who at that time were in charge of taking care of my child. as input for treatment anywhere is the same, the only difference is service. if we serve with all our heart we will definitely get appreciation and besides that we will get abundant rewards from the power. amen Thank you

Pelayanan baik. Pengalaman operasi SC 23 Des 2021. Waktu itu belum tau alur booking kamar rawat inap nya. Alhamdulilah bag.adm nya banyak membantu, akhirnya dapat kamar. Lumayan luas kamar kelas 3 nya, walau 5 bed tapi nyaman. Tim Dokter & perawat saat operasi SC sangat cekatan, ramah dan membuat nyaman pasien. Para perawat nya sangat sabar dan langsung datang ketika dipanggil walau tengah malam. Mreka juga perhatian terhadap new mom yg kesulitan IMD pasca caesar dan juga perkembangan bayi selama di RS. Terimakasih dr.Teguh Sanjaya Sp.OG dan tim dokter serta perawat lainnya yg sudah sabar merawat pasien nya. Untuk ketentuan jam besuk ditiadakan selama masa pandemi, dan yg boleh menunggu pasien hanya 1 orang dengan syarat hasil swab negatif, dan itu pun tidak boleh keluar lingkungan RS. Oiya saran untuk yg membawa kend.pribadi agar melapor ke bag.adm supaya minta dijelaskan alur detail pembayaran parkir nya agar tidak kena full charge.
Good service. SC operation experience 23 Dec 2021. At that time, I did not know the flow of booking the inpatient room. Thank God the admin helped a lot, finally got a room. The class 3 room is quite spacious, although 5 beds are comfortable. The team of doctors & nurses during SC surgery are very agile, friendly and make patients comfortable. The nurses are very patient and come right away when called even in the middle of the night. They also pay attention to new moms who have difficulties with IMD after caesarean section and also the development of the baby while in the hospital. Thank you dr.Teguh Sanjaya Sp.OG and the team of doctors and other nurses who have been patient in treating their patients. For provisions, visiting hours are abolished during the pandemic, and only 1 patient can wait for a patient provided that the swab result is negative, and that too cannot leave the hospital environment. Oh yes, suggestions for those who bring personal vehicles to report to bag.adm so that they ask for an explanation of the detailed flow of parking payments so they don't get a full charge.
