★ ★ ★ ★ ★ info : this review does not take into account for "stay on premises patients" , just a point of view as a regular visit patient might experience.
a medium sized hospital with many types of specialization. recently going full computerized system (likely SAP on late Dec 2020), with digital self service registration kiosk(staf help provided) , and whats app online registration beforehand (still needs upgrades for context help). The doctor's is calm and patient, the nurses is helpfull, the staf is helpful. (five star for that) EXCEPT
I would give 5 star if only the management fix a major problem : the pharmacy unit is understaffed, leading to major bottlenecks up to 10 (ten) hours delay between recipe acknowledgement (computerized with checkin using qrcode), and the actual drug handover.
this problem is notoriously known for patients.
the parking lot is sufficient (bring e-money) , health screening sufficient, radilogy consist of x ray, usg, mri, ct scan, with GE machinary(the result is digital copies with cd - windows os needed to view). the power outlet for waiting rooms are scarce thought (3 electrical outlet for 200 persons capacity waiting room) . make sure you bring powerbank for visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ many people visit this hospital, possible BPJS Healthy members treatment. Have ATM center but 2 only, BCA and Mandiri ATM at basement, if want to there you must use downstairs (in front of snacks store). For Car Parking is wide behind of hospital building and basement (but small area). Hopefully people who a visit to Mitra Keluarga RS. get well soon
