Almost no parking space, went into their small parking lot without any warning from the staff that the paeking lot is full
Made appointment for 12:00 via online app, when arriving in the hospital they need us to re-do the appointment with their registration. After wait awhile, went into the sampling area just to have waved off by the staff (while he was walking out, mind you) saying they are taking a break untill 13:00.
