★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IGD team are very inpolite, a nurse even yell at my father who is 76 years old. We spent 13 hours at IGD because miscomunication between the nurse and Pulmonologist.
We choose SVIP room, expecting the best service that can make my old Father feel easy, but we think we expect too much, there are no SVIP service :(

We need to wait > 1 Hours just to get to Emergency. How if the patient is in bad condition zzz
Nurse are so impolite and administration took too long. Not recommended if you’re urgent and going to here
Dont know this place can called as a Hospital ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response! other hospital pen swab result only took about 24hours and mail you for the result, but not for this hospital.. You have to wait for more than 3 days! This hospital charge pen swab for Rp. 900.000 and you have to manually take the result by yourself. If the result was positive, then you have to walk to the hospital without knowing you’re infected. You guys supposed to prevent this kind of situation to mitigate further infection! Don’t make sick customer wait and walk!

To many complicated with procedure for insurance payment.
Go to lab should be go and back for registration and payment in other room...
Hello I am not using bpjs, I use private insurance which credible insurance..
Now waiting for medicine also make same high tension it will take more than one hours... I don't know this manajemen rules or skill o

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, The services of RS Harapan bunda is beyond my expectations. Once i arrived at IGD, the security service welcoming us very nicely. The staff also has fast response. How they threat me such as inject the infus very careful and professional, and the administration process very fast. About the facilities (room and the toilet) are clean. Just suggestion, maybe the parking area lot for women should be added.
