★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah sempat 2 kali mengangarkan istri periksa kandungan disini. Pelayanan sebenarnya bagus, suasana bersih, dan biayanya relatif murah untuk kami pasien umum.
Namun cukup kecewa beberapa waktu ini karena sudah seminggu dokter kandungan tidak ada yg standby. Setiap kali telpon call center diarahkan pada jadwal tertentu. Ketika di cek telpon lagi pada jadwal yg diberikan ternyata dokternya tidak ada dan diarahkan ke jadwal berikutnya.

It's been time for 2 times to budget my wife to check the womb here. The service is actually good, the atmosphere is clean, and the cost is relatively cheap for us general patients.
But quite disappointed for some time because it has been a week that there is no obstetrician on standby. Every time the call center calls are directed to a certain schedule. When I checked the phone again on the schedule given, it turned out that the doctor was not there and was directed to the next schedule.

The service is very friendly, even though BPJS users let alone the nurses ❤️

2 Disuruh nunggu sampai dipanggil namanya untuk cek tensi, tapi lumayan lama :((
3 Pembayaran relatif murah, pastikan membawa uang cash
4 Mau cek di lab, staff nya mau jemput ke lantai atas malah ngobrol terus :(( kan gasemua orang santai waktunya, harus ditegor dulu baru jalan :(( jadinya harus nunggu agak lama, kebetulan karena sekaligus gudang gitu di depan apotek jadi agak banyak nyamuk, tapi lingkungan adem sih gak panas
5 Untuk hasil lab nya cepat
6 Tidak ada pemberitahuan diawal kalau hasil lab nya boleh di copy dan di legalisir, sudah telp, tapi jutek sekali, dan tidak ada keringanan
7 Lahan parkir cukup
1 Go directly to registration, bring a photocopy of your ID card and the staff is a bit jutek
2 Told to wait until his name was called to check the blood pressure, but it took quite a while :((
3 Payments are relatively cheap, make sure to bring cash
4 I want to check at the lab, the staff wants to pick me up upstairs and they just keep talking :(( not everyone is relaxed, they have to be warned before they go out :(( so you have to wait a bit longer, coincidentally because there is a warehouse in front of the pharmacy so there are quite a few mosquitoes, but the environment is cool, not hot
5 For fast lab results
6 There is no notification in advance that the lab results can be copied and legalized, has called, but it's very loud, and there are no waivers
7 Enough parking space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah ke puskesmas nya mau berobat mata, dokter nya malah nyuruh bayar pribadi, apa gunanya punya BPJS pelayanan nya mesti bolak-balik
Have you ever been to the health center for eye treatment, the doctor even asked to pay personally, what's the point of having a BPJS service, you have to go back and forth
