★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing dr. Isnariani in this hospital because me and my husband are exploring our hospital option in east jakarta. Having a really bad experience with this doctor. Examining me for less than 10 mins only. Doctor didn't give any usefull information, except saying that my condition is good without explanation , instead she was commenting, kinda judging and shaming on my pregnancy. She didn't even examining my baby's heart rate which every doctor should do. My personal opinion is that this doctor has filthy mouth, and not professional in doing her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom’s first experience was great. As she stayed the night, they gave her proper food and medication. But her 2nd visit was rather disappointing. She got to the emergency room to check a dog bite, and the doctor didn’t even clean nor check the wound. All he did was redirect us to another hospital for a shot. I really wish I didn’t have to pay so much just for a 5 minute conversation.

Almost all of them have a long flight hours. No worry at all.
Compare to other hospitals, the cost is much cheaper.
My complain is only... Many times I tried to contact the hospital by phone but nobody answer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital has been established quite long time, therefore some of its room looking old. Quite complete service for health treatment. Sometimes we have to be in long waiting line to take medicine in the pharmacy section. Spacious parking area. Cafe and ATMs available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average standard of hospital. Thanks. However information should be given to patient if the doctor is not available as scheduled. Queueing at ticket booth at 06:30 a:m to be appointed after 4 p.m is not necessarily with sophisticated IT/PA system now and goodwill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an old woman doctor when i came to IGD to check my baby, unfriendly, unpolite, a bit rude talk when explaining. Dont want to hear patient explanation what happen to the baby.

Some doctors are good, but this hospital really needs to upgrade their service in order to compete with other, newer and more advanced hospitals. They need to upgrade their reservation procedure and start to get more serious about making use of all of social media platforms (Whatsapp, okadoc, IG, etc), because everybody is doing that!
