★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital facilities are quite decent, and the staff are helpful. Yet it would be better if they could create a bigger waiting room for the pulmonologist patients and internists patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently one of the nurses doesn't know how to use their voice tone ? there were 2 nurses, one explained very calmly and guiding, the other one sounds like she already had too much (we were just coming and it's in the morning, it was just like 3-5 minutes and there's only them and it's still quite empty) and sounds so arrogant. You're not a facing lazy student who doesn't do their assignment, you're facing a patient that feels something is wrong with them and doesn't know what (might) happen with them and needs guidance & advocacy. I know we're in a lot of stress due to COVID-19, but please always still do mind your manner.
