★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, terutama staff pendaftaran yang cowok. Bicaranya kurang sopan, selalu menggunakan nada tinggi dan staff tidak ramah sama sekali. Pokoknya ngelebihin cewek lagi pms juteknya. Alur pendaftaran dan nomor antrian juga tidak jelas, jadi orang bisa nyerobot antrian.
 Very bad service, especially the male registration staff. The speech is not polite, always uses a high tone and the staff is not friendly at all. Anyway, overdoing the girls again pms the jutek. The registration flow and queue numbers are also unclear, so people can jump in the queue.

Dari petugas pelayanan sudah tidak buat nyaman, seperti petugas yang belum gajian satu tahun...
Mungkin bagusnya pelayanannya di tingkatkan dengan petugas yang ramah serta cepat dan tepat dalam penanganan...
Ini masalah kesehatan prioritas
Gk seenak jidat asal2an...
Semoga Dinkes bisa segera benah yang seperti ini...

Can't call it a comfortable community service...
From the service staff, it's not comfortable, like an officer who hasn't been paid for a year...
Maybe it's good that the service is improved with friendly and fast and precise staff in handling...
This is a priority health issue
Not as good as the original forehead...
Hopefully the Health Office can fix things like this soon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan vaksin sangat lama. Dan digabungkan dengan orang² yang berobat umum. Saya sampai menghabiskan waktu 2 jam lebih untuk menunggu.
Vaccination service is very long. And combined with people who seek general treatment. I have spent more than 2 hours waiting.

hari ini tgl 26 mei 2018 sy berobat di puskes ini..
dn baru kali ni sy ketemu dokter cowo jenggotan jutek nya lebih2 dr perempuan.
pendidikan tinggi tapi sopan santun nya nol...
apa lagi pas saya minta surat keterangan sakit..dia malah bilang.."lain kali tidak bisa ,kalo sm dokter lain mngkin bisa" anying nih dokter sombong nya luar biasa.
sayang saya gak tau nama dokter nya....
tp bakal saya cari tau...
unsatisfactory service.

what else when I asked for a sickness certificate..he instead said .. "next time you can't, if you are another doctor maybe you can" anying this doctor is incredibly arrogant.
Honey, I don't know the name of the doctor ...
but I'm going to find out ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong pak walkot cek puskesmas ini pelayanan BPJS sangat buruk dan tidak menyenangkan, padahal masyarakat sudah bayar mahal2 buat bpjs malah pelayanannya seperti org minta2 kita sudah bayar, bisa di cek ulasan2 yang lain semua jelek, katanya pelayanan sampe jam 4 sore jam 3 aja udah tutup tidak menerima berobat.
KITA SEMUA SUDAH BAYAR MAHAL2 BPJS pak walkot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hari ini Kamis, 31 Maret 2022 saya antri vaksin booster hampir 2 jam dan didetik akhir pengumuman vaksin tinggal beberapa dosis ada segerombol keluarga didampingi dokter diduluin dan mengesampingkan yg antri.
kalo masih kebagihan mah it’s okay. tapi ini banyak yang disuruh balik lagi besok. what the DUCK?!? masa iya harus kenal orang dalem dulu biar diduluin????
