Pelayanan buruk.. Dateng karena sakit untuk berobat malah dicuekin Perawat dan seluruh staf lainnya asik ngobrol dan cuekin yg dtg.. Saya mau berobat umum, tdk pakai BPJS karena faskes BPJS saya jauh, sudah tdk tahan sakit tapi di malah ditolak Bukan kah pelayanan kesehatan tdk boleh menolak pasien???? Tolong perbaiki administrasinya Buruk sekali
Bad service ... Dateng because of illness for treatment instead ignored The nurse and the rest of the staff are cool chatting and ignoring that .. I want general treatment, I don't use BPJS because my BPJS health facilities are far away, I can't stand the pain anymore but instead I get rejected Isn't the health service not allowed to reject the patient ???? Please correct the administration Very bad

Pelayanannya jelek bgt,kasar,daftar vaksin dibentak2,pns kok gak bisa melayani dg baik?

Parah emg, dari pendaftaran, cek, sampe ambil obat gak ramah, harus banget ya nyinyir/ngebentak/kasar sama pasien. Padahal kondisi disana gak ramai pasien, dan mestinya bisa lebih kalem dan ramah dong, gimana kalau kondisi ramai orang coba?? Kondisi bangunan puskesmas nya emg bagus dan baru, tapi adab orang di dalemnya usang, kolot, gak sebagus itu. Pelayanannya gak bagus, heran deh, kalo di perusahaan swasta udah pada di tegur/di kasih peringatan tuh! Ngerasa jadi makan gaji buta gak sih dengan kerja kayak gitu?
Severe emg, from registration, check, until taking drugs that are not friendly, it must be really annoying / jerking / rude to the patient. Even though the conditions there aren't crowded with patients, and they should be more calm and friendly, how about people trying it out ?? The condition of the puskesmas building is good and new, but the people in the palace are worn out, old-fashioned, not that good. The service is not good, I wonder, if the private company has been warned / warned! Do you feel like eating blind salary doesn't work like that?

Pelayanannya sangat tidak ramah, dari satpam sampai bagian pendaftaran. pelayanannya nol, orang nanya dijawaba nya sambil marah2, kan bisa dikasih tau pelan2 gak usah pake nada tinggi.
The service is very unfriendly, from the security guard to the registration section. the service is zero, people who ask questions are answered while angry, right, you can be told slowly, you don't have to use a high tone.

MEMANG BENAR. PELAYANANNYA PARAH. SELAIN SATPAM PETUGAS ADMIN PEREMPUAN BERHIJAB JUGA TIDAK RAMAH. TOLONG PELAYANANNYA DIPERBAIKI. INI PELAYANAN PUBLIK !!!!
IT IS TRUE. SERVICE IS AWESOME. OTHER THAN SATPAM ADMIN OFFICERS WOMEN IN HIJAB ARE ALSO NOT FRIENDLY. PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE. THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE!!!!

Tidak heran pada kasih bintang satu.. lah wong ditelpon untuk tanya vaksin kedua saja tidak bisa jawab benar, harus bertanya dengan orang di belakang, diminta sambungkan dgn org tersebut, telpon malah di tutup (terdengar suara org yang blg "udah ditutup aja").. Sungguh bikin menangis pelayanan seperti ini sih.
It's not surprising to give one star.. it was people who were called to ask for the second vaccine, they couldn't answer correctly, had to ask the person behind them, asked to connect with that person, the phone was even closed (the voice of the person who said "it's closed") .. This kind of service really makes me cry.

Pelayanan vaksin terbodoh yang pernah ada, datang jam 8.30 pagi, satpam dan receptionist bilang, jam 10.00 baru buka, saya kembali jam 10.16 pagi. Mereka bilang "Kuota habis, lanjut lagi jam 13.00 siang" saya akhirnya kembali jam 12.20, nungguin 40 menit biar duluan, memang benar saya orang pertama yang ada disitu. Lalu setelah menunggu 40 menit, sudah mulai rame. Saya nanya ke mereka lagi, daftarnya didalem puskesmas atau diluarnya, mreka bilang lagi "kuotanya habis, kan sudah dibagikan dari pagi." Waktu saya berjam2 terbuang gitu saja, tidak ada hasil, kalau emang kuota abis, kenapa harus ngomong "lanjut lagi jam 1" menurut saya ini kebodohan yang kelewat batas. orang indonesia tapi tidak bisa berbahasa indonesia yang benar. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya, bintang yang kamu dapat adalah bintang yang kamu pantas untuk terima.
The stupidest vaccine service ever, came at 8.30 am, the security guard and receptionist said, 10.00 just opened, I came back at 10.16 am. They said "Quota runs out, continue again at 13.00 pm" I finally came back at 12.20, waited 40 minutes first, it's true I was the first person there. Then after waiting 40 minutes, it started to get busy. I asked them again, the list was inside the puskesmas or outside, they said again, "the quota has run out, it's been distributed since morning." My time was wasted for hours, nothing came of it, if the quota is really running out, why do I have to say "continue again at 1 o'clock" in my opinion, this is too much stupidity. Indonesian people but can't speak correct Indonesian. Thank you for the service, the star you get is the star you deserve.

Sesuai rating yg lainny :) tolong dong ini gada eval apa?!! Gue sampe pindah faskes karna ganyaman bgt klo mau ke puskemas sini
According to other ratings :) please don't have any eval?!! I even moved to health facilities because it was very inconvenient to go to the health center here
