Pelayanan Bidan KIA-nya BURUK tidak ada ramah2nya ke pasien. Minta surat pengantar Lab ke kecamatan kelapa gading dipersulit alasannya karena kesiangan. Padahal sblm ke puskes kelurahan saya sudah ke puskes kecamatan untuk minta surat pengantar. Ibu2 di KIA seperti tidak digaji saja. Kebanyakan SOK nya. ?????

pelayanan buruk parah. saat sy disana mereka yg bertugas lbh prioritas jajan dan makan. profesional kaga ada. selama 1 stgh jam sy disana kerjaannya makan terus dan bergosip . padahal bidannya ada didalam tapi menolak pasien dgn alasan tutup dan disuruh balik lg besok. sy dtg sdh blg mau kontrol kandungan mereka blg jam stgh 12 sdg istirahat. sy tgu smpi jam 1 lbh. seenaknya mereka blg sdh tutup. padahal bidannya ada di dalam dan menolak terima pasien. pelayanan buruk. kasihan pasien yg urgent jika dapat pelayanan kesehatan seperti ini.
seriously bad service. when I was there, those who were on duty had more priority to snack and eat. there are no professionals. For 1 hour I was there, eating and gossiping. even though the midwife was inside but refused the patient on the grounds that it was closed and told to come back tomorrow. I've come before I want to control their content before 12 hours after taking a break. I'm waiting until 1 o'clock. arbitrarily they have closed. even though the midwife was inside and refused to accept the patient. bad service. I feel sorry for patients who are urgent if they get health services like this.

Parah, kalo dateng cuma ditanya di deket meja administrasi apa yang dirasa dan langsung dapet diagnosis tanpa ada pengecekan tensi atau ngobrol sama dokter di ruangan khusus terlebih dahulu. Bersyukur bisa pindah faskes akhirnya yang jauh lebih baik.
Worse, if you come, you are only asked at the administration desk what you feel and immediately get a diagnosis without checking your blood pressure or talking to a doctor in a special room first. Grateful to be able to move to a much better health facility in the end.

Layanan petugas pendaftaran depan( informasi ) yg berada di tangga masuk klinik,sangat tidak ramah,bentak2 pasien lansia yg mau di cek suhu tubuh. Melayani itu dengan hati,bukan dengan emosi,anda kan dibayar dengan iuran kepesertaan kami yang berbayar peserta klas 1 iuran Rp 150.000. Hari dan tanggal serta jam peristiwa; Senin tg 4 Oktober 2021 Pkl.08.30 - 09.00 ( petugas yg sedang ada saat itu )Pria ( agak gemuk ber kaca mata) Coba itu ditatar lagi sikap pelayanan nya!

Layak bgt di kasih bintang 1 ini puskesmas, TERKHUSUS UNTUK BAGIAN POLI KEBIDANAN!! gabisa ya sopan dan ramah terhadap pasien, gak dokter gak yg lainnya yg ada di foto ini sangat tidak menyenangkan pelayanannya!!! saya hanya minta surat rujukan untuk cek lab saja sampai harus berdebat macam2 di karnakan baru pertama kali cek di puskesmas dan alasannya puskesmas bukan rujukan lab rs swasta, terus saya minta di periksa selayaknya ibu hamil periksa di puskesmas saja dokternya setengah hati sekali jawabnya! dan akhirnya apa saya tidak sama sekali tuh di periksa dan harus balik lg ke puskesmas kecamatan yg mana sebelumnya saya sudah ke puskesmas kecamatan dan disuruh datang ke puskesmas tidak berbobot ini!! kenapa ya di kecamatan petugas dan dokternya lebih bisa ramah daripada di kelurahan pegangsaam 2b ini, kerja kok seperti tidak profesional sekali melayani masyarakat, apa emg gak di gaji atau gimana? di dalem ruangan poli itu cuma berdebat doang gajelas di periksa aja engga sama tuh dokter yg ada disitu gatau tuh dokter emg lg gak mau layanin pasien atau engga, kecewa berat pokoknya sama pelayanan disini!! buat yg mau berobat kesini siap2 aja tidak sama sekali mendapatkan pelayanan yg ramah??????????
It's really worthy of giving 1 star to this puskesmas, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE MIDWIFE POLY SECTION!! I can't be polite and friendly to patients, not doctors, not the others in this photo, the service is very unpleasant!!! I only asked for a referral letter for a lab check, so I had to argue about things because it was the first time I checked at the puskesmas and the reason was that the puskesmas was not a referral to a private hospital lab, so I asked for it to be checked like pregnant women check at the puskesmas, the doctor said half-heartedly! and in the end, did I not get checked at all and had to go back to the sub-district health center where previously I had been to the subdistrict health center and was told to come to this weightless health center!! Why is it that in the sub-district the officers and doctors are more friendly than in the village of Pegangsaam 2b, how come their work is not very professional in serving the community, are they not paid or what? In the poly room, they were just arguing, it wasn't clear if they were checked, it wasn't the same as the doctor who was there, didn't know whether the doctor didn't want to serve the patient or not, really disappointed with the service here!! For those who want to seek treatment here, be prepared not to get friendly service at all
