Semoga dokter2nya senantiasa sehat2 ya... Dan kalau mislakan dokternya sedang sakit rumah sakitnya ngasih surat sehat kepada dokternya.

Pelayanan nya kurang ramah dan menunggu terlalu lama....!!!!

Puskesmas Tingkat Kelurahan dengan kualitas sedang: pelayanan kesehatan di tempat ini buruknya yaitu sulit untuk mendapatkan Surat Rujukan Rumah Sakit, Dokter Umum yang praktek ingin menangani pasien dengan tangannya sendiri padahal penyakit yang diderita di luar lingkup keahliannya, seharusnya diberikan rujukan ke Dokter Spesialis di Rumah Sakit agar dapat ditangani sesuai ranahnya. Tapi bagaimanapun selalu ada baiknya di antara keburukan: dengan sistem pelayanan yang jelas dan tertatan, pengunjung akan dengan mudah mengetahui urutan prosedur yang ada.

Untuk layanan antrian/ruang tunggu pd ibu hamil tdk memadai tdk di prioritas kn.

Security nya pagi2 bikin kesel .bawa mobil diusir alasan tidak ada tempat, kasih solusi kek ini main usir2 aja..

Buka jm 7.30 tp jm 8 blm di layanin jg. Udah bilng bayar mandiri tp ga da pengarahn dr pihak rs, di liatin dr tadi cma bnyak main hp buka instagram sama ngobrol. Sklinya nanya di bilng "ga paham prosedurnya ya mas, bru pertma x berobat kesini ya" Ya jels lah bru pertma berobat orng byr sendri. Dah gtu ga da pengeras suara dia bilng udah di pangil2 jelas2 orng bnyk, mangil paisen kaya sebisanya doang ga dikencengin suaranya, intinya kecewa bgt ngeliat orng2 puskesmas yg lebih banyak main hp sma ngobrol smabil ketawa2 kenceng.
