★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lelet. Masa nunggu konfirmasi baru bisa sembuh emergency ini woi. Kalo ngga emergency juga ngga bakaln sepenting ini bolk balik. Mohon pelayanannya di up puskesmas tugu selatan

Tidak ada konfirmasi mengenai kelanjutan pelayanan. Pasien dibiarkan menunggu tanpa konfirmasi kejelasan.
The registration service is very bad. No hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Mekanisme pendaftaran yg tdk jelas, pasien ngantri sejak jam 05 pagi. Kemudian jam 6 ngambil antrian, kemudian jam 8 daftar utk berobat.... Dan Hal ini tdk konsisten, Semaunnya petugas.
2. Petugas nya kurang ramah
3. Dokter nya cara bertanyanya seperti Penuntut Umum .Pengadilan
1. The registration mechanism is not clear, patients have been queuing since 05 am. Then at 6 o'clock take the queue, then at 8 o'clock register for treatment.... And this is inconsistent, at will the officers.
2. The staff is not friendly
3. The doctor's way of asking questions is like the Public Prosecutor. Court

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian pelayanan sangat...sangat ...sangat...buruk?,tidak satu orangpun dengan ramah,menunggu terlalu lama, "MOHON DI EVALUASI KEMBALI"(,ganti dengan SDM yg bersikap baik dan sopan) bagian pendaftaran pelayanan publik di puskesmas Kel Tugu Selatan dganti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya buruk, orang yang melayani juga ngebentak, dan judes".Minta surat rujukan ke RS susahnya minta ampun, cuma dikasih obat doang, diperiksa juga cuma darah, dan berat badan. Konsultasi ke dokter nya juga judes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali lelet, ga beraturan, ga jelas pokoknya. orangnya pd judes semua smpe ke dokter nya. Dokter cuma nanya-nanya doang kyk wartawan tanpa melihat keadaan pasien yg sakit. Ga lagi lagi ksni kapok...!!!
Very bad service, slow, irregular, not clear at all. the people are bitchy all the way to the doctor. Doctors just ask questions like journalists without seeing the condition of a sick patient. I'm not tired anymore...!!!
