Kalau tidak tersedia, petugas boleh menukarkan di tempat terdekat. Kalau masih tidak sanggup, bisa juga dibuka sistem pembayaran lain seperti linkaja, gopay, transfer dll. Teknologi semakin maju. Sudah selayaknya puskesmas turut bertransformasi menjadi lebih baik.
