puskesmasnya ndelik. mau periksa gigi disini kuotanya cepat habis. tak tahu kenapa, sehari dokter gigi nya hanya melayani 5 pasien.

Ini pengalaman saya 3tahun yang lalu. Pelayanan dari semua pegawai sangat bagus dibandingkan dengan puskesmas yg pernah saya kunjungi di kota lain. Ketika itu sy blm lama mengikuti program BPJS mandiri dan faskes I saya di sini dengan alasan, beberapa kali saya periksa di pustu ini selalu mendapat pelayanan yg sangat bagus. Tiba saatnya saya akan melahirkan, karena pengalaman pertama, saya kurang tahu apa saja persiapan untuk menggunakan fasilitas BPJS. Situasi saat itu saya sudah pembukaan 3, tp karena ketidak tahuan saya, sebelumnya sy blm minta surat rujukan dari pustu jurangombo. Pukul 06.30 saya mendatangi pustu, dan pegawai sudah banyak yang hadir. Begitu saya masuk, di tempat pendaftaran saya langsung dilayani dengan baik (padahal puskesmas belum jam buka layanan). Mengetahui kondisi saya yg menahan kontraksi dengan sigap para petugas membantu saya untuk proses surat rujukan secara online. Dengan sangat baik semua pegawai pustu jurangombo membantu saya mengingat kembali pada saat itu jam layanan blm buka. Terima kasih untuk semua staf dan nakes Puskesmas Pembantu Jurangombo yang telah membantu saya, semoga kualitas kinerjanya bisa dipertahankan ya ? Oya sependek pengetahuan saya, untuk layanan gigi itu dibatasi karena, untuk pemeriksaan 1 pasien gigi dengan pelayanan scalling sj itu membutuhkan waktu yang lama (menurut saya,apalagi jika kondisi gigi parah) belum lagi pasien-pasien lain dengan keluhan lain dan pelayanan yang berbeda2. Dan untuk pemeriksaan dan layanan gigi itu rata-rata memang lama (FYI: mau periksa di puskesmas maupun di klinik dokter gigi). Jadi harus benar-benar dipersiapkan (terutama kesabaran dan waktu).

At 06.30 I went to the pustu, and many employees were already present. As soon as I entered, at the registration site I was immediately served well (even though the puskesmas had not opened for service). Knowing my condition, which was holding back contractions, the officers quickly helped me process the referral letter online. Very well all the employees of Pustu Angkaombo helped me remember that at that time the service hours were not yet open. Thank you to all the staff and health workers of the Jurangombo Auxiliary Health Center who have helped me, I hope the quality of the performance can be maintained Anyway, as far as I know, dental services are limited because, to examine 1 dental patient with only scaling services, it takes a long time (in my opinion, especially if the dental condition is severe) not to mention other patients with other complaints and different services2. And for dental examinations and services, on average it takes a long time (FYI: want to check at the puskesmas or at the dentist's clinic). So it must be really prepared (especially patience and time).
