Semingguan lalu datang jam12(lgi nyari tempat vaksin utk dosis ke2), memang niatnya mampir aja nanya vaksin. Krn kliatan sdh tutup pelayanannya, melihat ada salah 1 pegawai/dokter/perawat didalem langsung aja permisi nanya "permisi bu, disini mengadakan vaksin kah?" Dijwb dong "vaksin apa ya?" Dgn nada sinis.. Yakali vaksin polio rubela buk dlm hati... yajelas vaksin covid laah?
A week ago, at 12 o'clock (I'm looking for a vaccine place for the 2nd dose), the intention was to just stop by and ask about the vaccine. Because kliatan has closed the service, seeing that there is one employee/doctor/nurse inside, just excuse me and ask "excuse me ma'am, is there a vaccine here?" Asked "what vaccine is it?" With a cynical tone... Maybe the polio rubella vaccine isn't in the heart... it's clear the covid vaccine?

jarang kesini dan kemarin terpaksa kesini nganter adek vaksin tahap 1 kusus anak 12-17 tahun karna kebanyakan yg ikut vaksin masih smp jadi sebagian besar dianter sama orang tuanya dan Subhanallah petugasnya ngga ada tata krama sama sekali ? cara mereka ngomong ke hampir semua anak2 dan orang tua yg dateng pasti pake dibentak2 ngga ada pake bahasa indonesia atau jawa yg sopan di bagian pendaftaran ngga ada arahan buat physical distancing, handsanitizer habis pun ngga ada digubris sama sekali adek aku bilang pas nunggu giliran buat cek tensi ada bapak2 nakes yg tadi didepan bilang gausah ditensi soalnya udah keliatan padahal setau aku prosedur vaksin ya pasti dicek tensinya dulu petugasnya keliatan banget kek cuma pengen cepet2 selesai, disitu untung dokternya bilang tetep harus dicek tensinya didalem pun juga ngga sesuai nomor urutan anak2 yg nunggu sama sekali ngga diarahin buat kemana dulu atau cek apa dulu jadi kebanyakan dr mereka yg bingung atau takut cuma pada duduk nungguin. kalo pengen cepet selesai mungkin mbak2 nakes yg lagi ngga ada kerjaan bisa diminta buat bantuin dulu drpd mainan hp atau selfi2 kan lagi jam kerja juga (soalnya aku liat haha) sedih sih sebenernya karna mereka ngga perduli sama keluhan2 kek gini dan ngga ada tindak lanjut sama sekali padahal banyak banget yg ngasih keluhan soal pelayanannya orang yg dateng priksa kesitu juga ngga minta buat sakit mereka ngga bayar juga karna itu fasilitas dr pemerintah ngapain zolim banget dah

If you want to finish quickly, maybe the health workers who are not working can be asked to help first instead of playing with cellphones or taking selfies, it's also working hours (because I saw it haha) It's really sad because they don't care about complaints like this and there is no follow-up at all even though there are so many complaints about the service the people who came to check there didn't ask to get sick, they didn't pay either because it's a facility from the government, what's so cruel?

Super bad service. Mohon tingkatkan pelayanan, harus melayani dengan ramah dan sabar. Tempatkan masyarakat sebagai orang awam yang butuh informasi dan penjelasan. Apapun keluhan pasien, tolong jangan diremehkan, atau ditertawakan (pengalaman). Meskipun mungkin pasien terlalu menghawatirkan kondisinya sendiri, cukup beri penjelasan dan pengertian. Karena kami benar2 tdk tahu apa yg terjadi pada tubuh kami. kalau kami bisa tahu sendiri, kami tidak akan ke dokter pak/ bu.
Super bad service. Please improve service, must serve with a friendly and patient. Place the public as ordinary people who need information and explanations. Whatever the patient's complaint, please do not belittle, or ridiculed (experience). Although the patient may be too worried about his own condition, just give an explanation and understanding. Because we really don't know what happens to our bodies. If we could have known it ourselves, we would not have gone to the doctor, sir/madam.
