Pasien sudah datang ambil antrian,terus baru tanya gimana cara mendapatkan no antrian Kepada pasien lain,kok malah di USIR petugas puskesmas ,tanpa ditanya dan di beritahu arahan nya.
Semoga besok kedepannya bagi petugas di pendaftaran bisa ditingkatkan kesopanannya kepada pasien ??
Kepada kepala puskesmas TEGALREJO tolong misi dan misinya ditingkatan kesopanan dan pelayanannya.terutaman di bagian pendaftaran

The patient has come to take the queue, then just ask how to get the queue number. To other patients, how come the puskesmas officers are USIR, without being asked and told the directions.
Hopefully tomorrow in the future for officers at registration can be improved politeness to patients ??
To the head of the TEGALREJO public health center, please help with the mission and mission at the level of politeness and service, especially in the registration section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas yang pelayanan nya kurang memuaskan,,nunggu nya lama bgt padhl dpt urutan pertama tapi nunggu 1jam lebih belum antri obat dll pdhl udh masuk jam operasional,,,inti nya bener2 serba nunggu dengan waktu yang ngak make sense,semoga segara di perbaiki pelayanannya
A health center whose service is unsatisfactory,, the wait is really long, even though I got the first order but waited for more than 1 hour, haven't queued for medicine etc. even though it's already operational hours,,, the point is really waiting for a time that doesn't make sense, hopefully the service will be fixed soon

Dikarenakan Baru juga jam Setengah sebelas sudah tidak melayani vaksin padahal sama sekali tidak ada antrian/sepi ahirnya besuknya dengan sangat terpaksa datang kesitu lagi.

Because it was only half past eleven and there were no vaccines even though there was absolutely no queue/quiet at the end of the day, I was forced to come there again.
