★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pergi berobat ke sini pertama kali dateng memang agak bingung pintu masuknya yg mana. terus nanya nanya ke petugasnya cara pendaftaran sampai cara berobatnya gimana , jawaban yang diberikan sangat informatif. gak lupa saya bilang tolong dan terimakasih. pelayanan yg saya terima pun luar biasa baik. beda bgt sama yg saya baca di ulasan ulasan.

Dokternya terlalu sombong dan sangat meremehkan pasien padahal pasien itu orang awam yang tidak tahu menau tentang kedoteran atau hal hal medis harusnya dokter memberikan edukasi yang baik ke pasien bukannya malah meremehkan pasien, dan bahkan pernah memberikan diagnosa yang tidak sesuai.
The service is very bad. The doctor is too arrogant and underestimates the patient even though the patient is a layman who doesn't know anything about medicine or medical matters.

pasien harus istirahat di tenda, posisi pinggir jalan.
sebagai orang yang tidak sakit saja tidak bisa istirahat karena bising suara kendaraan.
Bagaimana untuk para pasien yang diberi tempat istirahat malam hari nya seperti ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fix sebelum kesana liat ulasan mereka disini! Pelayanannya GAK BANGET, barusan tadi siang hari senin tgl 25/01/2022 untuk pelayanan di pendaftaran nakes perempuan sumpah judes bener, cara berbicara nya tidak ada sopan santun sama mertua gue!
Tolong tegur dong, jangan sampai cuma salah satu kaya dia bisa bikin jelek puskesmas!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak usah berharap lebih deh sama puskesmas, asli pelayanan GAK BANGET. Nakes sangat tidak ramah. Lebih ramak pak security di depan lho mba. Pengalaman saat suami covid, ditangani gak serius. Pelayanannya sangat lama.
Anak saya sakit, perlu ditangani, karena alasan gak urgent dan obat tertentu hanya bisa dikeluarkan pagi hari, seenaknya aja ngomel dan nyuruh datang besok pagi aja. Mbok ya minimal dilihat dulu lah kondisi pasiennya mba nakes. Kalau gak mau capek ya jangan kerja di puskesmas kota besar, di pedalaman sana yang pasiennya gak banyak mba, tapi ya siap-siap aja naik turun medan terjal buat kasih pelayanan. Lain kali tolong lah lebih ramah dengan mereka yang membutuhkan. Pakai hati untuk bekerja mba.
