★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru ngalamin ke bidan, mau imunisasi bayi tapi semua kita yang pegang disuruh nimbang sendiri bayinya, disuruh pegangin anaknya pas mau disuntik, ruangan banyak nyamuk, tp yg paling parah ga ada attitude sama sekali bidannya saat itu didepan pasien (mungkin bidan sepuhnya) ada pasien tapi dia teriak2 manggil rekan kerjanya (bener ky dirumah nenek aja). Dan paling parah, habis disuntik ke anaknya langsung ditinggalin dong, lah, saya nanya bu ini ga ada kapasnya buat lap darah bekas suntik? Dia jawab dgn juteknya "ga ada bu" (sambil melengos). Jujur sedih banget digituin.. anak sy ditinggal gitu aja, krn dia pd ribet sendiri sama data pasien. Bener2 kecewa banget sih.. semoga para bidan bidan disana, bisa baca ini, tolong bekerja dgn baik tanpa melupakan attitude anda sbg tenaga kesehatan..jgn suka teriak2 dengan rekan kerjanya didepan pasien seolah ga ada pasien disitu, sangat tidak sopan.
 Just had an experience with the midwife, wanted to immunize the baby but all of us who held it were told to weigh the baby ourselves, told to hold the child when it was about to be injected, the room had lots of mosquitoes, but the worst thing was that there was no attitude at all. but he shouted for his co-workers (it's just like grandma's house). And worst of all, after the injection, the child was immediately left behind, I asked, ma'am, isn't there a cotton swab to wipe the blood from the injection? He answered with a cursing "no ma'am" (while looking away). Honestly, it's really sad to be digitized.. my son was left like that, because he was busy with patient data himself. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Media sosial diadakan untuk memperbaiki pelayanan dan memudah kan . Tolong untuk pelayan scuritnya sudah banyak yg mengeluh .. diperhatkan lebih lagi terlih hari ini saya merasakan kitad nyamanan dengan sikap scurity nya .. selsa 8 febuari 2022 .. jam 08:00 .
Saya berkTP tangsel warga jurtim . Saya berhak mendapat kan pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan. Surat sehat atau pun vaksinasi .maupun swab . Saya berhak dan harus nya boleh di puskesmas jurtim . Tapi kenapa saya tidak bisa melakukan cek kesehatan dan mendapatkan pasilitas . Kaloupun harus berobat .ya saya mau berobat . Tapi tidak di arahkan . Malah saya disuruh ke klinik ... Terus kalo saya ke klinik, Gunanya ada puskesma apa? Puskesmas di bangun oleh pemirintah daerah dari duit masyarakat tangsel .(anggaran daerah) ... Bisa saja saya lapor langsung ke kepala puskesmas .saya kenal dengan beliau .
Kalo masi belum ada respon juga mungkin harus di publish. Biar di tangani pemerintah setempat

I have a South East Timorese ID card. I have the right to health services and facilities. Health certificate or vaccination or swab. I have the right and should be allowed at the jurtim health center. But why can't I do a health check and get the facility? Even if I have to seek treatment, yes, I want treatment. But not directed. In fact, I was told to go to the clinic... So if I go to the clinic, what's the point of having a health center? The Puskesmas was built by the regional government from the money from the people of South Tangerang. (local budget) ... I could have reported directly to the head of the puskesmas. I know him.
If there is still no response, maybe it should be published. Let the local government handle it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berawal dari 1 anggota keluarga kami yg kena covid. Sudah lapor pihak puskesmas tp tidak ada tanggapan. Akhirnya kami cari RS langsung. Kemudian semua anggota keluarga di rumah kena covid akhirnya isoman mandiri tanpa ada nakes yg pantau. Terima kasih atas kepedulian kalian.
It started with 1 member of our family who got covid. I have reported to the health center but there is no response. Finally we looked for the hospital directly. Then all family members at home got covid, finally independent isoman without any health workers monitoring. Thank you for your concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sih biasa aja, vaksin covid disini juga bisa. Tapi untuk tenaga kesehatannya cukup baik dan ramah, toiletnya juga bersih, disediakan juga hand sanitizer dan tempat cuci tangan.
The service is normal, the covid vaccine here can also be done. But the health workers are quite good and friendly, the toilets are also clean, hand sanitizers are also provided and a place to wash hands.
