Pasien sakit yang konsultasi seolah2 di remehkan. Padahal saya berobat karna ada gejala ya g saya alami. Dan wajar saya khawatir sama penyakit yg saya alami. Tp dokternya seolah2 meremehkan. Dan memasang muka marah pada pasien. Tolong di evaluasi lagi dokternya. Yg komplen bukan hanya 1 2 pasien.

But the doctor seems dismissive. And put on an angry face at the patient. Please re-evaluate the doctor. Complaints are not just 12 patients.

Ada pengalaman gak enak. Saya tes covid di luar ternyata saya positif, lalu saya datang ke sini untuk melaporkan dan ingin mengetahui langkah selanjutnya apa. Pas datang ke pendaftaran, saya bermaksud bertanya karena kondisi positif covid, tetapi saya tetap disuruh antri saat mau bertanya. Bayangkan saya disuruh tunggu tanpa mau mendengar penjelasan saya. Secara moril saya kan punya beban takut menularkan penyakit ini, ya sudah saya pasrah. Silahkan diperbaiki manajemennya, orang mau bicara harusnya didengar dulu, blm tentu orang itu tidak mengerti tata cara antri, siapa tau benar2 penting. Setelah lama antri ternyata jawabannya saya mjd tanggungjawab puskesmas sesuai domisili karena kasus Covid menjadi tanggung jawab faskes perdomisili. Nah kan harusnya saya ga buang waktu hampir satu jam utk penjelasan macam ini. Saya dicampur dengan orang2 sehat, saya khawatir juga menularkan.

Imagine I was told to wait without wanting to hear my explanation. Morally, I have the burden of being afraid of transmitting this disease, so I have given up. Please improve the management, people who want to talk should be heard first, not necessarily that person doesn't understand the procedure for queuing, who knows it's really important. After a long queue, it turned out that the answer was that I became the responsibility of the puskesmas according to the domicile because the Covid case was the responsibility of the domicile health facility. Well, I shouldn't have wasted almost an hour on this kind of explanation. I'm mixed with healthy people, I'm worried that it's also contagious.

Nyoba periksa ke poli gigi, padahal gw no urut antrian pertama dari pagi sampe jam 9 lewat pun gadibuka2 pintunya padahal gw siangnya kerja, tapi lama banget buka nya apa mentang2 pasien nya cuma 1? Jgn mentang2 pake bpjs tapi pelayanannya buruk, masyarakat yg pake bpjs juga perbulannya bayar loh, kalian digaji sm pemerintah, seenaknya aja. Bobrok banget emang pelayanan di puskesmas tuh, suka ngeremehin. Apalagi petugas2 nya disini pada sok dan cuek semua. Apa perlu saya kirim aduan ke email kemenkes nya?

Don't hesitate to use bpjs but the service is bad, people who use bpjs also pay monthly, you are paid by the government, you just want to do it. The service at the puskesmas is really dilapidated, I like to make fun of it. Moreover, the officers here are all pretentious and ignorant. Do I need to send a complaint to the Ministry of Health's email?
