Bulan juli 2021 ini sbg tahap seleksi administrasi kemenpan-RB melalui BKN sdg membuka CPNS 2021. Seyogyanya UPT Puskesmas menjalin komunikasi 2 arah dengan dinas kesehatan kota. Dinkes kota juga seharusnya sudah mengetahui hal demikian (CPNS 2021) dari TOP hirarki yi kemenkes. Kemenkes pasti sudah berkoordinasi dan bersinergi duduk bersama dg KemenpanRB dan instansi terkait lainnya. Untuk membuat surket disabilitas wajib dari UPT RS Pemerintah/Puskesmas. Maka seyogyanya puskesmas mendapatkan info tersebut dan juga draft suratnya. Ini baru hanya urus administrasi saja loh seperti surket utk disabilitas pelayanannya kurang optimal fan efesien terlebih di bagian farmasi/pengambilan obat/ambil rujukan di puskesmas ini, SDM nya sudah enak ada kerja dan bekerja di pemerintahan tapi untuk pola kerja kurang dinamis dan kurang service excellent. SDM di bagian farmasi/pengambilan obat/ambil rujukan di puskesmas ini, Bolak balik ngePrint salah terus buat surat keterangan disabilitas yang sudah saya berikan formatnya dari site resmi kemenkes.go.id. Untuk penanganan dokter/ tenaga medis, ramah dokter yg melayani saya. Mungkin beliau paham terhadap kondisi seseorang "disabilitas" yang sdg berjuang utk meraih impian dlm cpns tahun ini. Maaf rating dr saya yg perdana datang ke puskesmas ini 1 bintang.

Pelayanan nya kurang baik cuma di petugas yang di pendaftaran dan rekam bapak2 itu untuk cara menyampaikannya gak usah pake nada tinggi kasian orang yang udah tua yang gak ngerti. Yang lain suster nya baik2 tapi untuk panggil pasien diluar kurang kenceng lebih baik pakai mic biar kedengeran. Smoga lebih baik yah... Terima kasih

Betul ga humanis pelayanannya. Vaksin pertama saja kmrn malah ga ada vaksinnya. Pdhal undangan merujuk ke situ. Ufah nanya baik" Malah di bilang pulang aja vaksin kosong. Dan ga dilayani dgn ramah pula... Giliran di bentak baru baek"... Kan emang sok"an ini yg jaga di depan...

Pelayanan buruk dri pendaftaran aja dah gak ramah Pelayanannya terkesan bentak2 pasien yg cowo Dan yg lainnya sama aja ternyata Dr sok sibuk main buru2 trs gak ada jelasin apa2 perawat juga sama aja ketus apalagi farmasi juga sama aja Gak disidak apa ASNnya

Padahal saya tanya baik baik tapi untuk pendaftaran sudah dijawab judes. Saya orang awam biasa apa salah saya nnya , lagi pula saya nanya ya juga santai . Udah langsung di gas , dan anehnya kalo mau minta surat rujuk sumpah di persulit bgt keknya nunggu orang Ampe sekarat dulu baru di kasi . Dan buat ibu ibu di pukes , kalian ini kan penanganan kesehatan masyarakat. Tapi nggak ada feedback baik yang saya dapat. Kalo itu orang mau mati mungkin baru ditangani. Tolong kalian para manusia bisa saling memanusiakan. Kenapa harus selalu di suruh menunggu padahal sudah parah. Kalian suatu saat nanti akan merasakan gimana rasanya kalian sudah sakit banget tapi disepelekan.

Tempatnya bagus n rapi. ? Btw klo pagi sering ada bakso 123 yg terkenal enak, sehat dan bergizi lewat situ... patut dicoba deh.
The place is nice n tidy. ️ Btw, in the morning there are often meatballs 123 which are famous for being delicious, healthy and nutritious... well worth a try.
