Beeeeh ketus parah beberapa orang, niatnya mau tanya tibaΒ² diserobot sama yg belakang mau tes udh daftar dr pagi. Ok lah mungkin lebih butuh tpi beberapa petugas jawab "Aduuh pak bu kenapa datang siangΒ², udah tutup jam segini mah" (Dengan nada yg benerΒ² gk enak didengar) pas pasien mau jelasin blm lama dh nyerocos lgi beberapa petugasnya_- kn bisa pakai bahasa yg baik seperti "Mohon maaf bapak & ibu, untuk saat ini lab sudah tutup. Bapak ibu bisa kembali lagi esok hari" Pas giliran gw nnya jelasinnya gk enak parah sih nadanya, ada 1 petugas yg jelasin perlahan & enak didengar. Sisanya NO

Selama berobat dsni fine2 aja..namanya juga puskesmas harus sabar menunggu..selagi menunggu byk tukang jajan2 jdi g mslh..

Tdk melayani KTP daerah,hanya melayani KTP Tangerang.tp untuk BPJS yg terpenting faskes nya disitu dilayani.jd kl KTP daerah lalu fakes nya masih DKI harus dirubah di kantor BPJS dulu.untuk pelayanan blm pernah karena ditolak ?

Vaksinasi di puskesmas ini ribet harus pakek surat domisili bagi saya orang perantau , habis itu udah di vaksin sertifikat vaksin lama ngak muncul sms udah mau sebulan ,saya lapor kecall center 1199 itu di sebabkan data saya ngak di input input sama petugasnya , saya datang beberapa kali katanya cek berkala terus suruhnya lama lama saya datang lagi saya marah marah di puskesmas baru di input , orang mau perlu buat ngelamar kerja kok data vaksin ngak di input , pantas sertifikat ngak tersedia

Saya datang ke sini untuk bertemu dengan Kepala Puskesmasnya. Pelayanan di awal oleh penjaganya cukup ramah. Klo kita ke puskesmas pasti akan bertemu dengan berbagai macam karakter dan dari ekonomi bawah sampai atas. Jadi sangat wajar jika mungkin saja petugasnya cukup penat dengan rutinitas hariannya. Terlihat cukup bersih dan nyaman. Parkiran hanya di pinggir jalan saja. Mobil masih bisa parkir di pinggir jalan.

Pelayanannya tolong diperbaiki lagi. Senin saya datang untuk imunisasi pra nikah, dibilangin petugas suruh datengnya hari selasa. Pas selasa balik buat imunisasi di pendaftaran bilangnya bisa. Udah nunggu 2jam cuma buat dapetin surat sehat doank, pas ditanya kapan suntiknya malah disuruh tanya ke poli KIA dan disana dibilgnya vaksin TT belum tersedia dari dinkes. Yang saya sayangkan kenapa ga dibilg di awal kalau memang tidak ada vaksinnya, kenapa petugasnya bilg bisanya hari selasa? Saya sudah bolak balik jadinya sia2. Jadi buang2 waktu dan tenaga untuk hal yg tidak diperlukan. Petugas juga tolong lebih ramah lagi dalam melayani masyarakat umum
