★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini tertulis buka dan hanya libur 1 hari seminggu. Tp saat cuti bersama tutup juga. Pdhl sy kerja dan nunggu hari libur baru bs kesini, dia malah ikut libur?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya cukup bersih, luas dan rapih, hanya untuk pelayanan bagian registrasi kurang ramah. Jam operasi tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang sudah dibuat, pasien perhari dibatasi sehingga jika datang lewat dari jam 8 pagi kemungkinan besar tidak dilayani dengan alasan kuota penuh, jadi baiknya sebelum jam tersebut pasien harus mengisi form nomor antrian.
Untuk para dokter di puskesmas ini ramah dan sabar, terutama untuk poli gigi nya siap melayani untuk darurat.
Jadi saran dari saya harap untuk memperbaiki pelayanan anda, lakukan semua sesuai dengan aturan.
The place is quite clean, spacious and neat, only for the registration service is less friendly. Operating hours are not in accordance with the rules that have been made, patients are restricted every day so that if it comes past 8:00 am most likely not served by reason of a full quota, so it's good before the hour the patient must fill in the queue number form.
For the doctors at the puskesmas it is friendly and patient, especially for the dental policymakers ready to serve for emergencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemaren saya vaksin disini.. saya ksl gasuka banget sama pelayannya.baru jadi petugas puskesmas aja omongannya kayak gt ! Belum aja jadi dokter RS besar! Saya gasuka sama pelayannya ...harusnya yg SOPAN SANTUN! RAMAH SAMA YANG LEBIH TUA ATAUPUN YANG BERKUNJUNG SIAPA AJA LAH HARUS RAMAH! KATA KATANYA HARUS LEBIH DI SEKOLAHKAN LAGI! KASIAN YG MAU VAKSIN MALAH KENA HIPERTENSI SEMUA KARNA EMOSI SAMA PERKATAAN PETUGAS ! SEMOGA DIBACA !!!
Yesterday I was vaccinated here.. I really don't like the waiter. I just became a puskesmas officer. I just talk like that! Haven't become a big hospital doctor yet! I don't like the waiter...it should be polite! FRIENDLY WITH ELDER OR VISITING WHO SHOULD BE FRIENDLY! WORDS SHOULD BE MORE IN SCHOOL AGAIN! POOR FOR THOSE WHO WANT VACCINES EVEN GET HYPERTENSION ALL BECAUSE OF THE EMOTIONS ARE THE SAME WORDS OF THE OFFICER! HOPE READ!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sebelum dateng Ke PUSKEMAS MANGUNJAYA untuk berobat, saya sudah banyak denger keluhan tentang PUSKEMAS ini, dari tetangga,temen-temen dan liat di kolom komentar tentang PUSKESMAS MANGUNJAYA ini. tapi be positive aja, pasti mereka juga denger keluhan-keluhan dari pasien tentang pelayanan dll, di PUSKESMAS MANGUNJAYA. dan telah melakukan perubahan. BIsmillah,,, akhirnya saya berobat di sini.. dan ternyata bener saya merasakan sendiri pelayanan di sini, persis seperti banyak yang dikeluhan para pasien. pelayanan tidak ramah, petugas pendaftaran JUDES nya minta ampun, petugas Lab nya Jutek sering mengeluh banyaknya pasien yang mau cek lab, ruang Lab berantakan tidak standar medis. PARAAAAAAH. belum sampai disini penderitaan saya di PUSKEMAS ini, hasil Lab saya ketuker dengan pasien lain. ANCURRRRRRRRRR....
YTH, bapak/ibu yang bekerja di PUSKESMAS ini, Kalian di Gaji dari Uang rakyak, uang pajak, tolong berikan pelayan yang terbaik untuk rakyat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harus diperbaiki mengenai no antrian, saya datang dari pagi karena tau kuota dok gigi sedikit. Tapi harus menunggu lama karena loket no belum buka. Tapi saat buka yg baru datang langsung dapat no dan saya tidak kebagian. Tolong diperbaiki masalah no antrian ini, saya karyawan yg harus bekerja dan tidak bisa sesuka hati ambil izin. Tapi saat saya bisa izin kerja no antrian saya dipotong oleh yg datang lebih siang. Ini hal yg tidak menyenangkan
