★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan mengecewakan. sudah bilang dr awal mau cabut gigi anak, saya sdh bilang juga berkali² pd saat mendaftar. udah ngantri hampir 2 jam, sampai ke poli gigi Mlh petugas dan dokternya bilang tdk menerima pelayanan cabut gigi selama pandemi. trus petugas yg drtd di depan tuh ngapain aja. harusnya tau dong. harusnya menyampaikan bahwa tdk bisa menerima pelayanan cabut gigi, bukan nya cm diem aja, udh antri banyak, lama, kursi juga kurang. Tolong tingkatkan lagi komunikasi antar petugas dan dokter.agar supaya pasien tdk terlalu menunggu lama dlm mengantri, dan berikan kepastian segera KPD pasien ttg pelayanan di berbagai poli. Tengs.

Dan alur nya tidak jelas..
Mohon untuk alur pelayanan di atur ulang...dan semua pegawai juga harus tau biar gk miss komunikasi.
Mending2 klo tanya sama pegawai yg paham. Nah klo kayak saya kemaren.. malah buang2 waktu buat antri....?

Cukup bersih juga..
Pelayanan dokter umum dan dokter gigi tersedia..
Pelayanan Vaksinasi covid disini baik dan teratur, link pendaftaran dan informasi lewat instagram update..
