Dokter hewan tidak selalu ada di petshop, JADWALNYA TIDAK JELAS. Saya sudah janjian untuk periksa di petshop, setelah jauh-jauh saya ke sana dokternya malah tidak ada. Katanya saya disuruh dateng ke rumah dokternya. Sungguh sangat mengecewakan.
Less professional - bad service
The veterinarian is not always in the pet shop, THE SCHEDULE IS NOT CLEAR. I made an appointment to check it at the pet shop, after all the way I went there the doctor wasn't even there. He said I was told to come to the doctor's house. It's very disappointing.
