the service is really bad, judesss.. i don't want to accept 100k because you only have to pay 7500 for registration, you have to change it yourself. anjirrr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ puskesmas wc kotor sekali pdhl sbg instansi kesehatan tahu bahwa kebersihan itu penting. gabakal make kl ga kebelet ?. saya memang pendatang tp dibandingkan dgn puskesmas lain sangat jauh. banyak kuman dn pesing
Puskesmas toilets are very dirty, Pdhl as a health agency knows that cleanliness is important. I won't make it if I'm not in a hurry . I am an immigrant but compared to other health centers it is very far. lots of germs and urine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ petugas screening yg ramah cuma 1 doank. yg lain kalo berbicara harus ya dgn nada tinggi dan ketus? apalagi satpam tugas pagi 11-4-22, nada songong n tinggi gitu dikirangi demi pelayanan makin bagus. gak semua diem di perlakukan arogan.

Pertama datang akan diminta untuk cuci tangan terlebih dahulu oleh petugas.
Didepan pintu ada meja bagian informasi silahkan bertanya nanti diberikan nomor antrian dan diberi arahan.
Setelah antrian dipanggil masuk gedung ke bagian pendaftaran yg akan diminta identitas dan kartu BPJS (bila ada) beserta keterangan keluhan.
Konsul dokter, menunggu obat atau surat rujukan, selesai, pulang deh ?
Secara umum pelayanan cukup baik, staff ramah dan membantu, dokternya juga baik komunikatif memberi informasi kondisi kesehatan saya, makasih banyak dr.Fanda ❤️
Bagi pasien yg tidak terlalu urgen bisa ikut antrian yang kadang lumayan panjang, kalo urgen langsung ke IGD saja ya pintunya tepat sebelah pintu masuk seperti tampak di foto?

For patients who are not too urgent, they can join the queue which is sometimes quite long, if it is urgent, just go to the ER, the door is right next to the entrance as shown in the photo?
