★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayannan kurang baik terutama di poli umum.. kita itu datang periksa bukanya di ramahin biar lebih rilex tpi apa mlh di bentak bentak..pdl disitu saya lagi mengalani sesak nafass ,coba anda pikir berapa banyak orng yg udh di bikin sakit hati dan coba fikirr ketika ada orng yg punya serangan jantung mungkin bisa mati di tmpt itu! Anda itu berpendidikan harus nya tau cara pelayanan masyarakat yg baik itu seperti apa.
The service is not good, especially at the general poly.. we came to check, not to be friendly, so that it was more relaxed, but what about being snapped and snapped... pdl there I was having shortness of breath, try to think how many people have hurt my heart and think about it when someone has a heart attack maybe they can die in that place! You are educated, you should know what good public service is like.

Service is not friendly. The doctor doesn't seem to have any manners with patients, especially mothers." In general poly, it's useless to have a doctor's degree but have no ethics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dateng jam 07.30 sampai jam 09:50 belum juga selesai , padahal cuma periksa di dokter umum tapi pelayanan lama sekali , pelayanan juga kurang ramah nih yang ibuu ibuuu.
arrived at 07.30 until 09:50 it was not finished yet, even though I only checked at a general practitioner but the service took so long, the service was also not friendly, ladies and gentlemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas sambi punya tempat yang bersih, pelayanan didepan puskesmas ibu² sangat baik, sampai bagian pendaftaran dan kasir cukup baik dan memuaskan, perawat juga baik serta dalam pengurusan surat rujukan dll sudah baik dan mudah. Hanya saja pada bagian pemeriksaan umum dokter tidak ramah, terkesan galak ke pasien, tidak tersenyum padahal terdapat Tata nilai 4K tetapi tidak diterapkan. Sangat kasihan apalagi jika pasiennya lansia. Semoga diperbaiki agar lebih nyaman, bintang 1 dulu nanti kalau dokternya ganti baru diedit bintang 5 ?? Dokter tidak ramah.
The sambi health center has a clean place, the service in front of the women's health center is very good, until the registration and cashier are quite good and satisfying, the nurses are also good and the management of referral letters etc is good and easy. It's just that in the general examination the doctor is not friendly, seems fierce to the patient, doesn't smile even though there is a 4K value system but it is not applied. Very sorry especially if the patient is elderly. Hopefully it will be fixed to make it more comfortable, 1 star first when the doctor changes, then edit 5 stars ?? The doctor is not friendly.
