★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ngeprint RK disini cukup mahal, dan sepertinya masuk kantor bri tapi masuk kantong cs nya sendiri. karna ttd tdk d slip yg putih, tapi slip yg kuning yg dberikan k nasabah.
Printing RK here is quite expensive, and it looks like it goes into the BRI office but goes into the cs pocket itself. because the signature is not a white slip, but a yellow slip that is given to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat lambat dan lama, harusnya di loket cs itu ada 2 petugas yg berjaga, sudah antrinya banyak cuma ada satu petugas , masih di selip2kan pelayanan yg lain, kasian yg sudah mengantri lama tp disela2 orang lain, harus nya seperti ini bisa dirubah sistem pelayanannya terima kasih
Very slow and long service, there should be 2 officers on guard at the cs counter, there are already a lot of queues, there is only one officer, other services are still tucked in, sorry for those who have queued for a long time but were interrupted by other people, it should be like this, the system can be changed thank you service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian banyak tapi cs cuma 1 orang.harusnya diperbaiki lagi agar pelayanannya makin cepat.
There are a lot of queues but there is only 1 person in cs. It should be fixed again so that the service is faster.
