★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gue kalo dateng kemari diatas jam 10, dibilang sama lokernya, IBU DATENGNYA KESIANGAN, BESOK AJA BU DATENG LAGI. trs akhirnya gue beranjak ke puskesmas matraman, sama puskesmas matraman gue ditanya sama bapak bapak gendut,IBU KAN ADA FASKES 1 DI UTAN KAYU UTARA, KENAPA GA BEROBAT DISANA, MALAH BEROBAT KESINI?
gue jawab dgn jujur, ya karna disana gue dibilang kesiangan dan disuruh dateng lagi besok,
kata bapaknya, GAK MUNGKIN BU, PUSKESMAS TUTUP JAM 4 SORE, MASA UDAH TUTUP
lah kocak gue dijadiin pingpong ???
 if I come here after 10 o'clock, you say the locker, MOM COMES LETTING, TOMORROW I COME AGAIN. then finally I went to the matraman puskesmas, with the matraman puskesmas I was asked by the fat gentlemen, MOTHER CAN THERE IS A FASKES 1 IN UTAN WOOD UTARA, WHY DO I TREATMENT THERE, IS IT TREATED HERE?
I answered honestly, because there I was said to be late and told to come back tomorrow,
said her father, MAYBE BU, PUSKESMAS CLOSED AT 4 PM, UDAH TIME CLOSED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang dalam kondisi mata kemasukan semut, dan ingin bertemu dokter untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan awal, tapi tidak diperlakukan dengan baik. Dijawabnya "besok lagi aja" sy tanya memang dokternya tidak ada? Mbaknya jawab "loketnya udah tutup. Loketnya udah saya tutup." Sambil tetep aja jalan ga merhatiin saya. Terakhir sy tanya memang tutupnya jam berapa? Dia jawab "jam 3" helloooo padahal saya dateng masih jam 14.15. tanpa basa basi saya keluar bersama teman saya. Gatau bapak ibu di situ bisik2. Sebodo amat, JANGAN PERNAH ke sini. Thumbs down! Jempol 4 sama kaki. Kzl gw. Untuk KEMENKES, tolong pegawai2 di sana dibina. Terima kasih.
I came in with an ant eye condition, and wanted to see a doctor for an initial examination, but was not treated well. He answered "just tomorrow tomorrow" I asked was the doctor not there? Ma'am answered "The counter is already closed. The counter is already closed." While still walking, I didn't pay attention to me. Finally I asked what time did it close? He answered "3 o'clock" helloooo even though I arrived at 14.15. without further ado I went out with my friend. Gatau ladies and gentlemen there whispered. Sebodo is very, NEVER come here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan administrasi BPJS nya tidak ramah dan berbelit-belit. Hal ini terlihat jg dari banyaknya komen di ulasan ini. Saya antar teman saya hanya untuk membuat surat rujukan dijelaskan berbagai macam dan akhirnya hanya bilang besok kesini lagi. Besoknya kami datang jam 9 malah tutup. Padahal di google buka.
Kami sebagai konsumen merasa tidak terlayani dengan baik. Mohon kepada DINAS KESEHATAN Jakarta Timur dapat lakukan monitoring di Puskesmas ini. Karena jika ini terus berlanjut maka akan banyak nyawa konsumen yang dipermainkan seperti ini.

BPJS administration services are unfriendly and convoluted. This can be seen also from the many comments in this review. I took my friends just to make reference letters, explained various things and finally just said I'll be here again tomorrow. The next day we came at 9 it was closed. Even though on google it is open.
We as consumers feel that we are not being served well. Please, the East Jakarta HEALTH DEPARTMENT can do monitoring at this Puskesmas. Because if this continues, many consumers' lives will be toyed with like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau komen pertama buat bapak administrasi di depan yg ngurus input data BPJS/KTP, udah gak ramah, dibilang mau ke bidan eh dipanggil nya ke dokter umum. Padahal saya udah bilang mau ke bidan pas ngasih bpjs... Gak dengerin dan gak minta maaf padahal salah. Sombong bgt. Sama pasien aja jutek. Duduk dulu ntar dipanggil sambil sinis. Padahal masih pagi, bru. Ini foto bapak administrasi nya yg sombong. Sekalian bisa gak sih dituker aja bapak ini sama pegawai administrasi yg lain...
Tapi kalo dokter-dokter dan apoteker nya terbaik sih, ramah banget, detail, dan selalu menangani pasien dengan baik dan sabar. Sangat rekomendasi. Baik itu bidan, dokter umum ramah banget, Terima kasih yaaa. Alhamdulillah dokter-dokter dan apotekernya baik. Ke puskesmas utan kayu utara senang karena dokternya yg sangat rekomendasi :)
The first comment is for the administration man in front who takes care of BPJS/KTP data input, it's not friendly anymore, he said he wanted to go to the midwife, he called him to a general practitioner. Even though I said I was going to the midwife when I gave the BPJS... I didn't listen and didn't apologize even though I was wrong. Very arrogant. Just the same as the patient. Sit down first then be called sarcastically. Even though it's still early, bro. This is a photo of his arrogant administrative father. At the same time, can this father be exchanged with another administrative employee...
But if the doctors and pharmacists are the best, they are very friendly, detailed, and always treat patients well and patiently. Highly recommend. Whether it's a midwife, the general practitioner is very friendly, thank you. Thank God the doctors and pharmacists are good. Going to the utan Kayu Utara health center is happy because the doctor is very recommended :)
