Waiting for 1 hour for 15m while queuing until 50 minutes ... I still wanted to ... Please have a queue system that has been well done / implemented well ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 th lalu aku prnh mrasakan hal ini.. mdekam disbuah ruangan serba putih RS Ridwan - Salemba bbrp hari.. tengah mlm td rasa itu kmbali hadir stlh 3 th brlalu..
Subhanallah.. sungguh kusalut pd Pelayanan Team Medis UGD Puskesmas Matraman.. pagi td diantar putri ku kesana.. dgn sigap perawat & dokter UGD menangani ku..
2 suntikan + obat dan prlakuan yg sgt prima kudapati .. brbekal KIS + KTP dan gesitnya putriku mondar mandir ke bagian2 yg diarahkan Dokter.. Alhamdulillah.. aku tak harus mdptkn perawatan inap..
Aku bs mrasakan redanya sakit yg tengah mlm hgg sblm ke Puskesmas sgt myiksa dan brkali2 perutku trkuras krn semua yg kumakan keluar... Nanti jam 14 aku brgkt ke RS Hermina Jatinegara, sesuai rujukan Dokter Muda itu tuk mgecek lbh pasti kondisi kesehatan tubuhku dr dlm..
smg Allah Ta'ala ridhoi ikhtiarku.. dan Allah tambahkan kberkahan Puskesmas Matraman dan para Team Medis & Pegawai2nya yg melayani Pasien dgn baik & tulus.. Insya Allah.. Aamiin Yaa Robbal'aalamiin

3 years ago I thought about this ... I stayed in an all-white room at Ridwan Hospital - Salemba Hospital for several days ... in the middle of mlm, I don't think it came back after 3 years ago ...
Subhanallah .. really messy in Matraman Puskesmas Emergency Medical Team Service .. my daughter escorted there this morning .. swiftly the emergency nurse & doctor handled me ..
I found 2 injections + drugs and very excellent treatment .. Brilliant KIS + ID card and my daughter swiftly went back and forth to the parts directed by the doctor ... Alhamdulillah ... I didn't have to get inpatient care ...
I can feel the relief of the pain that I have been receiving before going to the Puskesmas as a check and my stomach is draining every now and then because everything I eat will come out ... Later at 14 I will go to Hermina Jatinegara Hospital, according to the Young Doctor's reference to check the health condition of my body from within. ..
Allah Ta'ala is pleased with my efforts ... and Allah adds to the blessings of the Matraman Health Center and the Medical Team and its staff who serve patients well and sincerely ... God willing ... Aamiin Yaa Robbal'aalamiin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ada beberpa personil apoteker dan dokter jg perugas lab yg butuh bimbingan lg tentang atitud nya.puskesmas itu pelayan masyarakat,bukan patner bisnis,jual beli.toh jual beli saja bisa bersopan santun kata.klw santun kata saja kurang baik,gmn yg sakit bisa sehat..
pesan kpada pasien.jika ada suara kencang dri petugas,bentak saja sekalian biar tau klw dia makan dan bergaya hidup pakai gaji dari org yg sakit,kami tdk sakitpun kalian makan gaji ny dan kami tetap iuran faskes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus catin tdnya masih manual pendaftaran, trus dikomplain karena ga bisa daftar online, amazingnya 2 hari kemudian langsung bisa daftar online, keren banget deh.
Selalu maju, inovatif, dan mau menerima kritik serta saran.
Taking care of the catin was still manual registration, then complained because I couldn't register online, amazingly 2 days later I was able to register online, that's really cool.
