Senin 3 juni....pelayanan gigi di oper selama ramadhan di samping mercubuana Tapi saya pelayanan di sana menurut saya buruk..kenapa?? Hari ini tepatny senin 3 juni jam 11.14,saya ambil antrian no 029 keluhan sakit gigi Di tempat pendaftaran saya di sarankan untuk berobat BESOK dikarenakan PELAYANAN GIGI HANYA PAGI.tapi yang jadi pertanyaan adalah resepsionis menanyakan ke saya SAKIT BANGET / TIDAK.KALAU TIDAK SAKT IBANGET BESOK AJA BEROBATNYA. Kalau tidak sakit tidak mungkin saya datang...

Setiap puskesmas kelurahan, memang sudah mengunakan sistem komputer dalam pengambilan nomor antrian, berobat, dan pengambilan obat , sekarang malahan lebih enak lg ada sistem ol dalam pendaftaran berobat di setiap puskesmas kelurahan enggak perlu repot buat daftar, gunakan sistem ol apabila ingin berobat ke setiap puskesmas, janjian jam berapa pasien akan datang

Harus lebih ditingkat lagi pelayanannya. Untuk receptionist udah sangat bagus, hanya saja dokter yang memeriksa kurang kompeten rasanya

Sistem layanan sudah menggunakan antrian dengan komputer. Tempat parkir bersih dan petugas ramah. Ada charger station juga.
