★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya rasa dulu pegawai puskesmas Cipadu ini sekolahnya sampai taraf yang tinggi. Namun sangat disayangkan tidak digunakan ilmu yang diberikan oleh gurunya. Terutama ilmu dalam menyikapi para peserta yang berobat. Tidak bisa melayani dengan cara yang tepat. Wajah masam dan suara yang tinggi jargon yang dijunjung disana. Tolong Ka. Puskesmas Cipadu, arahkan para bawahan anda untuk bisa melayani masyarakat dengan baik. Masyarakat yang datang bukan hanya senang diberikan obat namun mereka akan lebih senang diiringi dengan pelayanan yang tulus. Anda semua digaji dari dana pemerintah, jadi jangan sampai uang yang kalian terima tidak bermanfaat untuk keluarga Anda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sangat buruk sekali, tidak boleh pakai celana pendek dan menegurnya tidak sopan, menegur boleh aja asal jangan asal ngucap tuh mulut, petugas tidak ada kata2 maaf dalam menegur, katanya ada perundang undangan nya katanya tertera tetapi dicari tidak ada, tolong kalian itu petugas kesehatan dan kalian sekolah dan berpendidikan diajarkan sopan kalau ingin menegur....jangan seenak mulut aja, ingat anda itu sekolah diajarkan SOPAN SANTUN DALAM BICARA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak baik cuma karna berpakaian celana pendek diatas dengkul sedikit disuruh pulang dan kalaupun ada aturan berpakaian harusnya menegur dengan kata yg sopan setidaknya bilang maaf atau apa pun ini dia cuma panggil dan bilang “mba mending pulang ganti pakaiannya” saya bnyak menemukan RS umum RS swasta tp tidak ada yg komplain berpakaian celana pendek terimakasih

Saya baru saja dapet perlakuan gak enak dari Puskesmas Cipadu. Saya sakit, dan sudah antri selama 1 jam. Disaat antrian saya sudah dekat, Bapak Yang pakai baju Hijau agak gemuk, rambut sedikit klimis di Area Skrinning baru menegur saya dengan alasan
" Tidak boleh memakai Celana pendek ".
Saya sudah selama itu di dalam untuk antri kenapa baru di tegur pak? Kalau memang sudah SOPnya kenapa tidak di brief? Jadi kalo emang ada yg pake celana pendek, boleh langsung di suruh pulang untuk ganti, ini saya lagi sakit, disuruh ganti celana. Boro boro orang sakit mikirin style yang di pake.

Dibilangnya udah tutup dari jam 11 , gw biasa di puskesmas Srengseng , kesitu karna lebih deket kalo di puskesmas Srengseng jam set 2 juga masih Nerima buat brobat . Posisi anak sakit . Dannnnnn mereka nolak mentah" padahal gg ada antrian . Kecewa banget si . Udah gitu si bapak" yang nyampein gestur tubuhnya gg sopan , dia sandaran tiduran gitu di motor . Kaya kaga punya tulang . Astagaaaa kecewa banget .
